We ordered beef and cheddars and the chicken wrap. The chicken wrap was really good but the meat in the beef and cheddar was cut super thick (weird) and not cooked in some parts ????
I'm sorry to do this, but it has to be said.
This place needs a complete overhaul as far as training and management.
It's filthy.
We went in and there were more than 5 employees working.
The lobby was a mess when we walked in with food remains were on tables, the floor, and around the condiment/beverage area.
I went to get a condiment cup to fill it with Arby's sauce and they were out.
I notified the closest employee and they handed me two packets of sauce. I explained that the dispenser was empty and that if he would just refill it I would use that instead because it would lead to less waste and it would actually cost the restaurant less.
He looked at me as if what I said was in a foreign language and proceeded to hand me the two packets of sauce anyway.
I went to the table and it took us around 30 minutes to eat.
In that time there was no one cleaning the lobby, no one cleaning the bathrooms, and no one restocking the area around the drive-thru as the flow of customers slowed.
After around 40 minutes of being in the restaurant total I got up and on the way out I noted that all of the employees were standing or sitting around the back on their phones laughing and talking and they were no cars in the drive-thru and it was no one in the line.
The manager was also in the back with them laughing and talking instead of motivating his team to clean things up during the down time and to restock in preparation for more customers.
If you go into a restaurant and the area that the customers can see is filthy, that does not bode well for the cleanliness of the kitchen. That assumption was confirmed when I looked back into the kitchen and saw french fries that had been ground into the floor who knows how many hours ago.
The manager on duty seemed genuinely upset and apologetic when I pointed out these deficiencies and he turned to a team member and asked if they had a mop.
He seems like a very nice person but he does not need to be in the position where he is the only manager in charge. As good as his intentions are, it is clearly evident that he was not properly trained for the role and he has been set up for failure, which is a disappointment because he seems to have very good intentions.
I don't know if the blame for the entire teams lack of performance lies on the location owner or in the corporate training policy but something definitely needs to change at this location.
A note to corporate, leaving a comment on a review instructing the reviewer to do additional work and leave their comments again on another website is nonsensical.
Obviously someone at corporate has seen the comment in order to ask it to be placed somewhere else. Just copy and paste the comment from here and fix things instead of making customers work for you.
Arby's has really stepped up their game. Place was super clean, staff seemed so nice, food came out quicker than I could pour my drink. Food was good. Overall really happy that I happened to stop by tonight on a whim and came inside
If there was an option for 0 Stars, I would give them that score. Do not eat here. The employees are disrespectful, the service is terrible, and so is the food. Once I waited for 5 minutes in the drive thru with no customers there before they helped me.
Ordered brisket sandwich, nuggets, small fries and small mozzarella sticks and threw more than half of the food away. Safe to say ruined my appetite for the chain completely. 1230 on a Monday,I figured the food would be hot- prepared for lunch. Right? Wrong. Barely warm. Zero flavor in the roast beef/brisket, wife only ate one mozzarella sticks and the first chicken nugget was over 80% breading. Only decent thing was the curly fries and horsey sauce, otherwise it was the worst $17.80 I think I’ve spent on food in over 2 decades. This food actually made me sad.
Although glad potato cakes have come back for while, I ordered the Reuben cuz they were great, this time it was half the size/meat, not even on the bread, and a sprinkle of kraut. The one young man running the window clearly did not want to be there. Can only hope it'll be better next time, but it won't be for a while.
Pretty simple order, they left out the Arby’s sauce and my fries were a mix of curly and crinkle as if someone lazily threw everything together. Food was good and workers were friendly but you can do better.
Hey, it's fast food! I had my first Gyro (yero). It was so homemade with a fresh and soft pita. A ton of Gyro meat at an affordable price. Try it...you like it!
