Best WLM Reviews
I live almost 30 mins from this Arbys and I usually don’t have any issues. My husband picked dinner up around 7:30, waited almost 15 mins after he ordered the food when it was dead there. When he got home the meat was not fully cooked on both of our sandwich’s, hardly any curly fries, no receipt given, and we ordered jalapeños poppers and they were never put in the bag. Usually I never write reviews but I can’t even go drive back because I have no receipt. So disappointed. Money wasted. I know roast beef can have pink but seriously.
My fish sandwich was a little soggy and the front of house person fixed it without a problem. The cheese sticks were great and the fries were awesome as always. Thank you Emmanuel and team for some delicious Arby’s.
The new floor design is awful. It is spacious looking but half the seats are rows of high chairs. Unless you're a kid who wants to climb up there. Low seats along the window are just a long row also. Much prefer individual tables where I can sit comfortably with all those in my party; or even by myself as I don't want to sit in a row with strangers. Only a few of these tables left. Not a fan of the app either. I like the Burger King app. There you can just walk up and redeem most offers right in store without having to order thru the app. On the brighter side the food is still good. I do think the new arrangement will affect how often I stop and I'll go somewhere with a more comfortable feel.
Haven't been to an Arbys in 15 years. Plenty of food choices! Even sides and snacks. Kids meal choices too. Food was priced right to feed a family of 5. Workers were only so-so helpful. "We're out of turkey." "We can't print a receipt right now." The manager guy, with long nails from a salon, kept clicking them on the counter. Food was tasty, and tables were being cleaned as we sat there. The only mistake was that my wife was given a lamb gyro instead of roast beef and didn't realize it. She loves little lambs. She couldn't finish it. I don't think I'll bring my family back again.
All the fries were cold. The sandwiches was Luke warm. When I took the first sandwich back in that was cold all they did was pull another from the tray and acted like they just came from the fryer.
Our server was new and apparently needed more training. Food would have been better if I received it how I wanted it. My family very much disliked the new look. Seems cold and unfriendly.
I like the update. Looks nice. I was excited, hoping they fixed the drive thru, but it's still not vehicle friendly. I hate the app, though. I'd have a million points, but I can't earn any because the app won't work. You can't order anything other than milk or juice for the kids' meals and it isn't user friendly. The app needs to be updated! McDonald's app is amazing and I earn points all the time. So it's frustrating. Please fix then I'll update my review. Thank you.
Please update the app so ppl can earn points. It still doesn't let you pick out sides or drinks. Thank you.
Great employees! Only thing I would change is every time I ask for BBQ sauce they forget. At drive thru. And they never give napkins. Which is needed for messy things.
