Her first day. With a little time on the register she will be fantastic. Super Polite.
Two for dinner. Had two gyros and a double beef. Food was fresh and tasty. Had asked for no tomatoes but gyros came out with tomatoes. Also curly fries were lukewarm. This problem with the fries is an Arby's wide issue. Even if I say please drop fresh fries they are always warm never hot.
Location was very clean. Will come back.
I ordered a number 4 large with a 4 piece nugget and loaded fries. Instead got a 3 piece nuggets and jalapeno poppers. Curly fries for the number 4 was small too. Not only that I had to wait 5 minutes at the window. Didn’t get a receipt either.
Food was great and the service was fast, the only issue is the dining area needs to be more tidy.. the floors and tables wasn’t cleaned.
Hadn't been to Arby's in a while and this visit reminded me why. Took forever to get my food, my shake was not even cold and the food was not even hot. My sandwich looked like it had been hit by a truck and thrown into the box. Dont Go Here! If you look at the pic I'm attaching you can see how the bottom bun is not even under the sandwich.
WE HAVE THE YESTERDAY'S MEATS! Absolute disappointing dumpster-fire of their expensive brisket sandwich. Gross, dry, and old.
The fries were good.
This particular Arby's just opened recently and the restaurant and bathrooms are still absolutely immaculate. Everything is handicap accessible. I had a double roast beef and cheddar which was absolutely phenomenal. The restaurant was getting quite busy at lunchtime, but they had enough staff on hand, so there was virtually no extended wait times. The booth's had padding in the seats and were comfortable, unlike some places that just have hard molded plastic. If you're in the area, stop bye, I was not disappointed. Went thru the drive thru- no lines- ordered my food, went to the window-paid- waited about 10 min for them to make my food- there was about 5 cars behind me now. Very slow service. They need more people to work there and I see black guys are on there phones- Bad customer service- you need to discipline your staff to be fast and efficient, friendly and when working to not be on there phones.
