This is a really clean and neat location. Nothing like jamocha shakes and having a great meal while watching ESPN. The shakes were sensational, all of the food was good as expected and consistent with Arby's core values. The dining area was kept up, very neat and clean, and very comfortable atmosphere. One of the workers who rang us up was new and did a good job but the trainer or manager was fabulous and came over and assisted her. I feel like it was Undercover Boss with a great manager. Thank you Arby's for providing a good location.
Waited about for several minutes at the drive in only for them to enter the order wrong, which then overcharging me for menu items I didnt want and then provided food I did not order. Not thrilled with the experience. Still better than McDonald and the drugged out addicts they employ.
Response to corporate response: I don't don't volunteer my time to helping corporations correct their mistakes. I just stop giving them business since they can't get it right the first time.
Lady taking the order clearly wished she worked somewhere else. Tables were dirty. I use to always get the market fresh sandwiches but the meat I had on Sunday was stringy and gross. I’ve never seen turkey like that before. I don’t even think it was actually meat. Just compare the deli meat you get at say Four Corners to this meat. Arby’s is disgusting.
I ordered the burger and the only thing I tasted was the condiments. The meat had no flavor. Other people may love it, but I won't be getting another one. jmo.....

This location is always clean and stress free. The only reason for less than 5 stars was the new hamburger.
My usual go-to for Arby's is the roast beef and curly fries. This time I tried their new hamburger. This is my opinion:
Pro's -
It's as big as the bun, thick, and Juicy. The sauce (no mayo offered) was tasty.
Con's -
Thick - With bun and lettuce, pickles, onion, etc, i almost couldn't get it in my mouth lol.
Dense‐ Usually when you fry hamburger, there is some "looseness " to the patty. (What is this made out that it's hard after the fat is cooked out of it?)
No flavor - There was no flavor to the meat. All I tasted was bread, lettuce, pickle, and onion.
Not something I'll order again.

Recently went to pick up a order and the cashier informed me that they were not able to complete the order. This is perfectly fine with me. What made me give the negative review was the terrible attitude of the employee. Since they were closed down, I sat in the drive thru for a minute trying to contact delivery support. She came back to the window with a very bad attitude and told me to leave. I asked for her name so I could speak to the manager about her and she would not give me her name. Then I asked to speak to the manager and she also told me that she wasn't going to let me talk to the manager. I don't know what her deal was, but she shouldn't be working a customer service job if she is going to push away customers and talk that way to people. There was no reason for me to have to move that quickly since they were shut down because of the weather. Unbelievable. I will get in touch with the manager to address this situation.
The food was good and it was fresh the staff was kind of rude and seemed to be on limited time or something because i was very rushed to oreder and noone was behind me the floor was very dirty and the music was very loud the bathroom was not very clean
Drive thru no matter where you go is just a dam drive thru they all kinda suck but it wasn't any different than anywhere else. Real easy to order online swing thru the drive thru and your order is already out the window before you pull up to it in all honesty online orders you wouldn't have to stop at all if you can grab n go. It's already paid for when u go get it.
