I just purchased the the bacon turkey meal with a regular fries no salt and a small lemonade. The fries was nice and hot, the drink was fine, but the sandwich was not edible. The lettuce was spoiled. I called as I already reached home, I asked for the manager and the individual who answered, said he was the manager. I informed him of my findings, which he replied "Our lettuce are fresh!" I asked him his name and he said it's Daniel. Afterwards he told me he can remake it if I give him my name. My issue is my dining experience was ruined and I didn't receive an apology, instead an excuse as if I am making this up.
I stopped in this afternoon to get lunch and as soon as I walked in the door the girl behind the register almost acted like she wished that she didn't have to wait on me. She had a horrible look on her face and never said hello or anything. I place my order and was waiting at the register when I was told rudely by an employee to get off the counter and to not be leaning all over it, which I was not. I simply had my hand on the counter and my wallet was laying there. I almost couldn't believe my ears when I heard her say this to me. A lot bad happened so I'll keep this short. The fries were old and cold I asked for more and the employee said "really" to me. I could not hardly believe it when she said that either. When I received my fries they toss them at me over the counter. I told them that I was going to report them and they acted like they could care less. Something has to be done at this location. I have had many people tell me how bad the employees and the service are here. I will not be back unless something changes.
My local Arby's, it was clean and quick and staff were polite. Today, I tried the new diablo dare challenge. I got the chicken. The food was hot and clearly fresh. I enjoyed the chicken and the heat was actually pretty decent. It's more a smokey heat verse straight out spicy. As I write this I can still feel the heat in the back of my throat. Over all, the new sandwich has a good mouth feel. The chicken was crispy. Yes they do give you a small shake as well. I would order this again.
Update 2022 Diablo chicken sandwich. It is still pretty good and still pretty darn spicy. If you are looking for some heat I recommend it. The chicken was nice and crispy. The actual sandwich pretty closely matches the picture. Overall, I would order it again. :)
The front counter staff were extremely rude. I was not greeted until I spoke to them. The manager was loud talking on the phone the whole time we were in the restaurant. I also was picking up my food from the counter told the young lady thank you only to have her turn around and walk off. The whole crew had horrible attitudes.
I made an online order. When I entered to pick it up, i was not not greeted by the manager nor the cashier. Customer service was terrible. To top it off the food was cold. It was not fresh. I will not return to this location.
Food was good, restaurant is clean, service prompt and courteous. Dropped stars due to having Victory FM playing. I came to eat, not listen to a preacher!
Greeted with a "hello" and THANKED for choosing Arby's. Far cry from how we were treated at Hardee's! Will definitely come back.
The food was good but when we were ordering the manager on the speaker kept rushing and sighing . The gentleman at the window gave us these cups, we asked if they were a large; he said they were with an attitude. I understand having a bad day but come on, if you’ve run out of the actual large you can say that…
