Absolutely horrible experience. Walk in to a completely empty lobby to stand and wait endlessly. To not get helped literally stood there for 33 minutes with no one accept the cook in sight who also ignored me. This is absolutely not acceptable and if I owned this establishment I would definitely fire every single person here especially management. And start over. Couldn’t get worse so why not. Also floor is sticky and smells like week old mop water. Will definitely never come here again. Absolutely disgusted. Stay away. Walked out. You should too.
Had this for lunch Sunday after church! We didn't go in but the drive thru was efficient, we had to wait about 10min but that was because they were making fresh chicken nuggets. They were upfront and honest about the wait time so I didn't mind!!
Extremely clean store
Quick to get food. Food is good too cold sandwiches, sliders, beef sandwiches. I've only ever done order ahead, my order is ready by the time I get there. The delivery part of their app sucks but that's an arbys corporate problem. Have been back to this store 5 or 6 times with no issues. Order is always correct and delicious.
11/15/24- drive thru again. The only sauce in the bag should be what the customer ordered. Several times, I've found the wrong sauce in my bag. And not enough of what i wanted... Slightly disappointing...

The staff was very helpful and friendly. After a short conversation, they were very accommodating to wrapping my sandwich with lettuce as I am gluten intolerant. My husband thought his fish sandwich and curly fries were very tasty. I would return for a meal there again. The atmosphere is a typical fast food experience that was clean and well stocked.
Not overly busy, wrong food served. One item totally missed and not on receipt. Shakes were missing advertised item to be topped with. If they ran out, then would have been nice to have been informed.

I just went through the drive-through tonight and the first thing that happened was the tea that I ordered was sour. No problem with that they gave me a Coke no problem.
But when I get home, I’ll got eat my food and first the french fries are cold they’re not fresh/ the fry container as not even full. Then the chicken club wrap I received , the chicken was so hard you couldn’t even bite into it. I asked no onions it had onions on it and lastly the bacon was like card board. I usually have great food. I tried calling four times and no answer I am not asking for a refund just to let them know. I had to throw away all of it and my meal was $14 for 1 person. I just want them to know that the food was awful.
