We don't often stop at Arby's just cause we don't have one near us but this location was pretty nice. The employees were polite and got us our food in a timely manner.
The food was pretty good, I got from the 3 for 5 value menu and got a couple honey mustard chicken wraps and a slider that were really tasty. My husband got the BBQ chicken bacon burger which unfortunately wasn't his favorite but he enjoyed my slider and one of my wraps. We both LOVED the curly fry.
Went to the drive thru, waited and waited.. nothing.
I finally told my mom I would just go inside. Door locked. It 11:10 am.
2 people outside said they'll be open in 30 minutes.. this happened to us before.
I don't live close, made a special trip..
Won't do it anymore.
If I could give a review of 0 stars I would. This was my first experience eating at ARBY’S with my grandmother, and she had already ate half of her chicken sandwich and it was raw. I am so angry, Arby’s is lucky I am only 17.
Spent over 30 dollars the food was terrible. We had the French dip , just was not good. And the hamburger was pink, not cooked completely.
I bought an Arby's Beef N Cheddar meal and a Greek Gyro meal. All the food was old and cold! $22 FOR DOG FOOD! GROSS!
We purchased the new burger deal. Got home and whole burger patty was raw. When I called and spoke to "manager" Candy she was so rude. Told me that's the way they are made. Then I asked her if she would eat it this way and she said no. Refused to refund my money but said they could remake burger. I will never go to this Arby's again after the way she treated me. Bad service equals lost business for me.
The new mac N cheese bites were really yummy.

Feel like I’m in the twilight zone? Not sure if there’s no manager on duty right now or what. But they said we couldn’t order anything carbonated. Ok? Got a sweet tea. Not sweet. Zero sugar at all whatsoever. Reuben has like one tiny piece of meat. Fish Sammy had zero tartar sauce on it. There was bbq sauce on my salad? No fork was given, no napkins provided. Idk. Pretty terrible visit. Lol! We just moved to the neighborhood.
