The smarty pants kid that's cooking probably needs to focus on learning how to make a sandwich and talking less. I've included 2 pics of 2 different sandwiches. The 1st one is before I complained to their corporate offices about the inedible mess I was served. The 2nd picture is a sandwich I ordered just to see if my complaint helped or if it was just this kids incompetence. I do not recommend this particular Arby's. The floors and tables were also sticky. AND this kid had the audacity to be smart and mouth off as I was leaving.
my husband and I stopped in for lunch and ordered combo meals. both of our fries, curly and crinkle cut were cold. The sandwiches were also luke warm. it's so disappointing when you pay these ridiculous prices and can't get a hot meal. I would not recommend this location. DO BETTER ARBY'S
If you like pink burgers from a fast food restaurant, this is the place to get them from...I know it says cooked to medium but one of them was pretty much raw and inedible... They've done some renovations, it does look a little better though. The drive thru was empty but for some reason I still had to pull up to the front of the store. The mozzarella sticks were warm by the time the food came to the car but everything else was cold ... It's so frustrating when you have to wait and your food is not even warm anymore. The best thing was the Orange cream shake, it reminds me of a Flintstones push pop...If you're looking for a good burger I'd suggest a different place... Happy Feasting, Everyone!!!!
I had such a great experience today. After making a mistake while placing an order from my app, the staff helped me find the issue and were so prompt and kind when bringing out my food. Thank you staff!
Mozzarella sticks still frozen/cold inside, and the roast beef was either not from Arby's or messed up. Had a weird green color and tasted like crap. Seriously? 14 dollars for this trash and I don't have time to come back for a refund because I was on my way to work. Definitely will not be returning.
Couldn't have had a nicer clerk! I noticed how patient he was with the family before us with loads of coupons. Super friendly. Food was quick and good as well.
This arbys location is the absolute worse. ive never had worse food before. half the time they dont even have roast beef. most often things like lettuce, tomatoe or onion doesnt make it on the sandwhichs. ive never recieved my full order from this location, and today i found some damn bugs in my gyros. i have swore off this location before, but it should be shut down. im done with arbys all together!!!!! terrible
If you want ***fast food*** don't go here. There were 2 cars in the drive-thru, and I waited 25 minutes for 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks.
