Best WLM Reviews
I visited the Arby's on Concord Pike for the first time ever, I must say that I will definitely be visiting again. All the staff were friendly, efficient, very helpful in placing my orders online through the app and the restaurant itself was spotless even the bathrooms. I would definitely recommend this location, oh and by the way the gyro was great and loaded also the strawberry and vanilla shake were equally delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal.
I am a weekly customer to this restaurant and my experience has been inconsistent at best. I typically order online and the food is rarely ready. The French dips weren't ready when I arrived, the au jus sauce wasn't ready and they forgot to give me a cup for my soda. Their three pepper sauce dispenser hasn't worked in months and they typically give me packets. I also ordered a double beef with cheddar and they shortchanged me on the meat til I brought it to their attention.
The employees and manager are friendly for the most part and the food is good but the order needs to be more timely.
The young man name Michael gives great service. He is very pleasant and respectful. He can actually teach others about great customer service.
I'm blown away by the level of service! Outstanding! Saturday at 6:25. Please give these people some recognition for going above and beyond. They deserve raises!
Took them forever to get the order right and just wanted two meals... Would try the Diablo again at a different location... The bread here was super hard... The fries were soggy... It was just a no.... The cheese sauce tasted weird and old...this location just needs help... Three stars because they did give us fresh regular fries...
I went to Arby's on Concord Pike at 9:30 pm Tuesday night. Pulled up to the drive thru an it said they were closed. To my knowledge your store closes at 10 pm. Atleast that's what the website says. Whoever the manager was on duty needs to be talked to because she is making your company lose money and that shouldnt be tolerated! I was very disappointed
I often doordash but today I missed out on $20.00 because there’s cones blocking the drive thru before 9pm. Employees just sitting on their phone at the window.
I had a huge cheeseburger and it was delicious. The service was friendly and quick. A plus for me was how clean and spacious the restroom was. Hey, for me, if the restroom is dirty, I'm not eating there.
