Best WLM Reviews

Stopped at this location for dinner the other night and received a moldy sandwich. Reached out to the restaurant and the manager on duty offered to remake the food. Won’t do any good if I lost my appetite!
I gave the restaurant a couple days to reach out after using the feedback system on their receipt and haven’t heard anything else.
EIDT: The comment form that they linked in the response (4 days after the initial issue,) is the same one that I used to give the feedback initially. I think something like this should illicit something better than another automated response.
EDIT 2: Finally got the initial apology in the mail (letter dated Aug 16, postmarked Aug 20th.) It took 9 days from the initial issue/filling out the form to write the letter, and 13 to get it postmarked. I won’t fault Arby’s for USPS taking their time, but am still appalled at how long it took for so little response.
Super nice location! Staff seemed somewhat friendly, but took a while to make our food. The price was great for what we ordered and we were very pleased with the inside and how big this place is, which you would never guess from using the drive-through or seeing it from outside I recommend stopping in if you haven’t and trying out the food. It’s not bad and we were satisfied with our visit. Our food was made fresh.
Literally, there is only one decent food at Arbys that: doesn't have gristle, doesn't have a 100% indigestion rate, tastes good, and isn't overpriced.
This one item is their potato cakes.
I loved them years ago, and after they stopped making them, the few times I ventured to Arby's, always ended in complete and utter regret.
I was unbelievably excited when these came back out, and I actually started buying again, because there was ONE decent food.
Just came to find out, that they quit, AGAIN....
If the demand was so high that they were brought back years later, why did y'all get rid of them so quickly.
Goodbye Arby's!
You're now on the long list of other crappy fast food joints, I will never return to.
I went in about 3:30 this afternoon started to give order than had to stop. Started again than had to stop. It was at least 5 stops because he was trying to do drive thru and myself. I'm standing right in front of you I expect all of your attention. It was inneficent. Plenty of people standing around. He said I can do 2 things at once. I said no you can not. You've had to keep stop taking my order. And after I got my stuff saw him try to have a cigarette which is fine 5 seconds later he had to come back in. Again I saw entry of employees probably want to learn to do more stuff. I don't think he gives them the chance to learn. my order
I came in to restaurant about 45 minutes prior to closing. Staff was doing cleanups for closing but were still willing to fulfill my order. (I decided to take it to go instead of dining in. My choice.)
Arby’s is one of my favorite restaurants and this location is terrific. I love the jalapeño poppers almost as much as I love my wife. The beef and cheddars are also delightful and delicious. Most of the roast beef, cheese, and signature sauce somehow never make it between the buns, but it’s still tasty as can be. If they keep practicing and one day actually achieve getting the sandwich ingredients inside of the sandwich where they belong, then this will be a five star establishment. Pro tip: even though you should be asking to join their payroll because you’ll end up making your own dinner when you eat here, be sure to always ask for a fork. And remember, the wonderful Arby’s taste is worth it every time, even if it is just separate ingredients smeared all over a tinfoil wrapper.
UM EWWWW! you need to be absolutely insane to think that I would ever put something this disgusting near my mouth! I was so excited to enjoy a meal after my super hard week at school, and I am presented a roast beef sandwich that is a literally old, stinky, and just looks GROSS. 0 starts for this place
Walked in lobby at 10 and waited at register. A worker walked to the front and kept his back to us. Then he turns to me and says is there something your here for in a real rude manner. I said yes, to order as I was confused. He said we close at 10 and it’s 10 now and was completely arrogant and rude about it. Could have just said sorry our lobby is closed please use the drive thru. Could’ve just taken my order since they were still open and didn’t lock the doors. Another worker said our drive thru is open so we went through there and that guy was completely rude as well. Never going back which will hurt considering this place never has any customers as is and the staff sucks and can’t speak clearly!
