I don't recommend the brisket. You get 2 thin slices for $9
We had to wait for our curly fries, but they were hot and fresh. The chicken slider didn't taste the best, so I will try a roast beef next time.
The manager was only focused on drive through orders. Unfortunately I was in the lobby for almost 20 minutes before my order was taken, then took almost 10 minutes to get my food.
I been here twice ,1st time my Meat wasnt even warm and had cold parts to it,I had curly and they were so thin and hard ,my child's kids meal nuggets were so dry like the meat was under a heat lamp all day,2nd time i went here just to give them another chance , they told us to wait for fries for 2 mins and it took them 12 mins they didnt bring us our drinks and when we went to go them ourselves they didnt believe us and the worker said "Sorry I don't know what's going on" Besides terrible service the food was better the 2nd time. I would recommend the chocolate shake ,it was pretty good.They just need better management in busy situations
It's ok. Tried the buffalo chicken sandwich as we don't have it up in Canada. Pretty good. Also had loaded curly fries, they use some sort of white cream instead of sour cream. But it was good. Only issue is I got a huge ball of deep fried coating in my fries that I had to remove.
The Arby's on 12th avenue and i-29 is worthless. Went there at 5:25 two cars in the parking lot. Three people working could not see a car in the Drive-Thru but there was a couple waiting for food. Stood at the counter for over 10 minutes and no one even acknowledged that I was there. What a joke. No wonder there is never anyone at this location!
I don't know it this is the right location cause it doesn't have the address posted, but the location was the 12 th Ave Arby's. I saw the add for the new sandwiches and wanted to try give it a shot, so I went and went through drive thru and I couldn't have been more like "well that was a waste of my gas / time". Cause I pulled up and the lady didn't say anything but let the automated voice speak and we asked what type of gyros do you have and she said roast beef and lamb, and I asked cause I thought they had a turkey one, so I asked. After I asked the lady didn't respond at all and after a min or so.I again asked and again no response for about min. As a result I drove off and had me some Hardee's! ;)
Just a few people anytime I have stopped by to eat. They are Arby's.
