Best WLM Reviews
Ordered a french dip sandwich and paid extra to add tomato and mayo and when i got home it had neither. Tried to call them for over 20 minutes, not like i had a sandwich i was excited to eat or anything, and no one would answer. So i figured id leave a negative review. I think what makes me the maddest is that they could add the slip to my wrapper that said i wanted it with tom and mayo but they couldnt be bothered to actually do it.
The food is Average, like any other fast food. The service was just okay. The drive through atmosphere was mediocre. Nothing to scream about! Arby's, in my opinion, is better than Wendy's.
The restaurant was large and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and very nice.
However the kitchen served out of time food. I worked in fast food for 11 years and many years in management. Pre-cooked food in the heat bin is timed and for good reason.
I ordered crinkle fries and chicken strips. The fries were rubbery, cold and had passed time to be trashed. The chicken was tough and almost trash worthy. My wife and I were in a rush, so I did not bother returning my meal, but I should have. We don't live in that area, but we go often. I just think it sad that the person in the kitchen and the manager on duty would never eat that themselves but they have no principles about serving it to save money. That is the state of the restaurant service in America today.
This is the worst Arby's I've ever been to. We just came through the drive thru and ordered $40 worth of food. My kids wanted chicken nuggets so they told us to pull forward because they had to cook them fresh, which is no big deal. It took them 20 minutes to bring out the food. The guy that brought it out was incredibly rude, he was older. He didn't say a word or apologize for the wait, nothing. My husband forgot to get Arby's sauce and they left our sauce out of the bag and toy for my child's meal. My husband went in to get it and the guy threw the stuff on the counter at him. I will never return to this location. That employee needs an attitude adjustment.
Drive thru, the young lady taking our order was fine. Always irks me when I have to pull forward to wait for food and there is no one behind me. But, overall it was a pretty quick trip and the food hit the spot.
Food is always good, but service is awful. Waited at the order window for 10 minutes before anyone took my order. So frustrated my lunch hour was over by the time I got my food. Had to pull forward then to wait even longer. Didn't order anything special. Always happens at this location. No more Arby's for lunch. Definitely NOT FAST FOOD
Waited in drive through for 30 minutes, which felt too long period when I receive my milkshake. It tasted sour, not worth time to
I mention it's gross period
Might be better off going to chick fil a or taco bell
This place was really nice and we did not have to wait. The food was good also. The only thing off balance was that they put our sandwiches together upside down...it was humorous and we got a giggle out of it. Would definitely go again and eat there. ????
