This location on 1416 Kearney Street in Springfield, Missouri, had great service with a smile and hot, fresh curly fries. The beef n cheddar was complete with the special sauce that is sometimes missing from this sandwich at other locations I've been to, so bravo to them for that! There was also no waiting at the register!
The girl that took my order through drive-thru was very rude..... When I got to the window it was a man named Logan who decided not to give up the girl's name who was very rude to me in the window for this review...... Everybody stared at me through the drive-thru window so I felt like I should check my food once I left..... It's been awhile since I've been to Arby's so I ordered a medium roast beef and the lady argued with me about a double roast beef...... Will never go back to this Arby's again.... I asked for ranch and marinara with my mozzarella sticks and I only received one marinara sauce. I don't feel like their jobs are that hard and if they're not happy about taking somebody's order then they need to move on..... I was in a great mood until I showed up at this place and this is the reason I will not return..... And for Logan..... He didn't do anything to make me smile!!!!!
The guy apologizes for taking 2 minutes to get my food. I would wait 25 for this quality of food. Have been to this Arby's 10+ times, always perfect. Always packed, never scammed.
Visited the Kearney Street location in Springfield MO today. I walked in to a clean and tidy restaurant. The manager Will was extremely helpful with me in choosing a great lunch! All the employees were professional and smiling which is always welcoming. Ten of ten I will definitely be back! Bravo!
Probably cleanest bathrooms in Arby's I've ever been in, friendly courteous staff, food? recieved hot fresh and good. However, bring the tator cakes back full time, they stand by themselves.
The food was delicious. I had the Reuben and my husband had the Gyro. Nice sized sandwiches with plenty of meat. The fries and onion rings were hot and fresh. The only negative was the girl at the window. She was a little grumpy. But overall, it was good!
The roast beef and Cheddar was excellent plenty of meat..I would've rated 5 stars but the fries weren't appetizing ..at all need to clean the fryer and change the cooking oil ..
The employees are always friendly. The food is always good. For fast food it's never been greasy. We'll eat here again.
