Drive thru with atmosphere? A wee bit but the attendant added joy by taking my order with joy and delivered a Hot reuben, curly fries, coke & a pumpkin croissant!made my hanger disappear like a melting snowflake. So grateful. Happy Holidays
We passed through Asheville on our way to Asheboro, and decided to get dinner here since it was fast food, and would be quick. We ordered on the app and I got one chicken slider and six mozzarella sticks. This location is right outside of the Biltmore Village, which is pretty cool. We placed the mobile order within minutes of arriving to the restaurant. I went to the restroom first, but the order was waiting for us when we arrived, so someone else in my party grabbed it. I think that the order might have been sitting there for a little bit, which is fine, but my mozzarella sticks were a little cold. The marinara sauce that comes with them is very watery, not the best sauce. The slider was something that was recommended to me. I did not realize it was a chicken tender with cheese in a roll, but it was pretty good! The people working were pretty nice, and the bathroom was clean enough. I definitely had a decent experience here.
Compliments to the chef! Went with my bf for our 3 month anniversary and used my coupon for a free plain roast beef sandwich that you get when you make a account on the website. Actually kinda good! Definitely rang the bell a few times. Fish is back apparently.
Only place really close to Biltmore that was open with running water.
Food was okay. Not fresh but it was warm.
The worst part was seeing the open ceiling with all the mold and dust for the HVAC system.
Didn't notice it until after we ate.
Maybe an issue from the Hurricane but if it's not safe they need to have it cleaned.
Please look at the pictures and hopefully they will get it cleaned.
I don't know what kind of other businesses let employees talk to customers like they are trash, but this one does. I witnessed the assistant manager argue and fight with 2 other customers over a refund I think it was. She gave the lady back her money in all change, and then continued to argue with her. I did get involved because what she was doing was very disrespectful. I overheard one of the other customers ask for her name and I'm pretty sure it was Kristen? I am a veteran and tried to deescalate the situation but she would not give up. This girl should not work with the public.
No soda or bottled water available. Understandable due to the boil water advisory, but why do you still charge the same price for incomplete meal. Ordered a burger,drove off, found out it was a soggy roastbeefdandwhich
Food was decent, service was ok, but it was so dirty. The tables and chairs were almost scattered about, soap was empty, bathrooms were pretty bad. But the food was good! Just need a bit of love!
We were excited about getting some of Arby's "thick" shakes they advertise (and have enjoyed for years), but instead the shakes were runny. When called on it, the manager was rude, making excuses, and did not want to refund our money without argument.
