Tried new Chicken Burbon sandwich...worst ever! Chicken patty was old and cold, onion crisps were old tasting, BBQ sauce and cheese cold. The drive thru wouldn't take cards so I had to go in and I waited 19 minutes for my order.
Person taking order was rude. impatient. she got my order wrong and the chicken seemed like it was put in the microwave to be reheated very tough. I didn't eat it. I would not recommend anything at this point. Regarding the question below.
how can your milkshakes be out for 6 months? Time and time again I ask and ask if they are available and I check the app but yet every-time I am met with “no” or “unavailable”. at this point I might as well call Arby’s Mcdonald’s for how much there machine is broken.
Fastest service ever. I placed an online order 1 minute prior to arriving and it was ready when I pulled up. Crazy. Polite staff and food quality was good even at almost 10PM
Lemonade was like water, no bathroom for customers, chicken sandwich had a poor taste, French fries had no flavor, table tops sticky
The other day I went through the drive thru. The experience occurred around dinnertime and there were perhaps 4 cars ahead of me. From the time I arrived until the time I left with food took nearly 25 minutes. On the plus side the food was fresh and hot and good, but the wait was ridiculous. I decided to try again a couple days later and when I got to the order area there were a bunch of signs on the board in which they were virtually out of everything on the special’s menu and shakes. They were waiting for the ordered food to arrive. WHAT? Who's doing the ordering? In fact, who is running this place? All I can say is if you're going to use this Arby's, do so only when you have a lot of time and patience.

3 employees standing outside. Finally get to place order. Ordered a large double roast beef meal and a beef & cheddar. Did not ask what to drink. Get to the window, the only worker inside, hands our bag of food. She never gave a thought to giving us our drink and we had to ask. She had ZERO personality and acted annoyed we wanted our drink. WORST MEAL EVER! First, it was a Double Roast Beef sandwich ordered, with Large drink & fries. The sandwich was just a regular, and so were the fries and drink. The roast beef in both sandwiches was not even luke warm and the bun stale! Been sitting on counter for hours? The fries were cold and hard. Nowhere close to having recently been cooked. Nothing is cheap anymore, including Arby's. It's a shame we paid far too much for something we had to put in the garbage. I wouldn't even say that anything deserved even 1 star.
