No smiles, cashier had somewhat attitude, I told her she needed to smile. Out of fries, out of Cajun sauce, and fish sandwich was nasty with a Wilted piece of lettuce and partly brown. And I ask if they had a pack of tarter sauce she said !! It’s on te sandwich very strongly implied, I ask for a side of it, i shouldn’t have had to.
Went through drive thru and ordered food. Was told to pull to the front of store . Waited a long time with many others ordering and getting their food so I drove back through drive thru to be told that they couldn't get fryer going for the cheese sticks. They told me in lieu of getting my money back what did I want. I said another beef and cheese sandwich to which they agreed. Got home and they had given me some kind of beef soft taco. Smh. The worst service ever.
Husband stood in line, 4 employees ignored him. He needed to eat bc he has a medical condition. I tried to get him food but they ignored me too. So we left.
Yes it’s as simple as missing my order of fries. But it’s late and not busy at all. That’s unacceptable. Let alone EVERYTHING IS COLD & taste like it was made in old grease !!! I have called your store phone 4 times with no answer. I had to contact Pilot to even get in contact with an employee from Arbys !
It says they close at 2am, just tried to go at midnight and was closed. No explanation, just shut down
The employee Marty was a breath of fresh air she was very friendly and gave excellent customer service.
The guy in the picture needs to be fired he was on his phone with his coat halfway hanging off while the dinner rush came in. He had no clue on what was going on or didn't care. The girl with the long hair was doing all she could she deserves a raise. It took me 30 mins to get my food. I think you should re-think putting this group of employees together they don't work well together.
It's an Arby's attached to a gas station. It appears clean, food is what you'd expect and acceptably prepared.
I hate to complain. But this ARBYS is Not good. $9.00 for a Market Fresh Turkey Sandwich and curly fries, the sandwich has hardly any turkey on it. Y'all know better.
