Best WLM Reviews
The employees were friendly and the service was fast. They've changed a lot of the menu items since the last time I went to Arby's, different buns, chicken tenders, and cookies. Their cookies used to be served warm and fresh, now they are packaged. Definitely disappointing, but not at fault of this particular restaurant. The milkshake machine was broken, but the staff was apologetic and kind about it. They are running a fundraiser for breast cancer awareness and had the store decorated with pink ribbons, nice to see!
Thank you to the young man working the drive thru on Wednesday 11/27. You have no idea how happy you made my son by handing him his bag of turkey sandwiches while he was in the back seat.
I love the shakes and Jalapeno poppers. And where else has reuben sandwiches for fast food?
My pup gets a chicken nugget treat once in a while. It's fun to see the smiling faces at the drive thru window when they offer his nugget. Makes my day!
Not my greatest experience at Arby's... to the blue-haired girl who was working window at 7:15 on 07/05/24, praying that your unnecessary attitude towards customers improves soon. Not only was she rude to my mother and I, who simply asked for her to wipe off our Coke-covered drinks; but we could also hear her giving attitude to the lady who was ordering through her ear piece as well. She refused to wipe off our drinks and commented, "What exactly do you want me to wipe off?" So sad that Arby's has improved so much lately but it only takes one bad egg to ruin their reputation.
Always a good experience, food is consistent with other locations
Someone made my drink just like the commercial. It looks so beautiful. Thanks Christin
Tuesday after work at 11:30pm. I went through the drive thru the girl working the window was very kind and polite especially for being so late. I ordered The Brown Sugar Bacon and Turkey sandwich. Soo Great best sandwich I've had in years. So good I got another one before work today! ????
