We arrived and were told they were out of curly fries so we got the crinkle instead. When we got our order we were given no napkins, no ranch that was requested and the food was thrown together in a very messy way. Two of the orders were the same but were made completely different. I’ve always loved Arby’s but may not be returning to this location. Also the kids chicken tenders were extremely dry.
I’m not a fan of Arby’s. Given the chance, I will go anywhere else. That was before visiting this location. A while back, when they added crinkle fries to the menu, I was more easily able to stomach the thought of Arby’s. Yesterday I went in and was told they were out of roast beef. Arby’s out of roast beef is like a truck stop being out of fuel. Anyways, this compelled me to get a regular cheese burger. I must say. Arby’s makes one of the best cheese burgers I’ve ever had. Good job, Arby’s.
The service was quick. That said, there are some compromises.
My $8 waygu burger was cold and pink. Not what I wanted from a fast food chain. I got mozzarella sticks instead of fries and those were glorious, not gonna lie...This is one of the locations where I can see why people don't like arbys and call it trash, solely based on the burger alone which was supposed to be the highlighted item
I had went here on Friday with my husband because he loves Arby’s. He had a coupon for his order and they told him they no longer take coupons. Okay? They don’t expire until the 31st of October, so now what Linda?
But there has been other times we went for a roast beef sandwich and they tell us they ran out of roast beef….. we’re like are you kidding? They said no but you can order anything else off the menu. So we just left and went somewhere else. This place is a joke. They need better management and staff…. Because they’re losing out on money.
Arbys is expensive 4 meals cost $60 + but we have always had good portions and it taste good. But what happened are you trying to save the corporation money by skipping on qualit? This is what the Brisket sandwich looks like now, paper thin and smashed it was sad. Talked to the manager and all she said was if I make you another one its going be the same. So I asked for a refund of my money on the sandwich. May not be a upscale restaurant but take pride in what you do. The cashier was awsome so nice that's why you got two stars instead of one.
Worst restaurant ever! Ordered 3 1/2 lb roast beef and cheddars, got home to find out I just got bread and beef without any cheddar or sauce which is one of the defining characteristics of a beef and cheddar! When I called to let them know of their error, I was told I would have to drive the 20 minutes back to town. Which of course I'm not going to do, get your orders right and check them before you hand them out the window. Or better yet higher competent people it's amateur hour at this restaurant apparently!
Here to leave a review on Robin! Exceptional customer service, went above & beyond. Dude was the only one on shift overnight and was still super polite & efficient despite being the only one taking orders, cooking the food & wrapping up orders. Still offered any extras like pastries etc
Its fast food but is open 24 hours and the older guys at night are very on point its like they are happy to have jobs. Its saved me many times late at night from being hungry.
