Best WLM Reviews
This is one of the most solid Arby's locations I've been to in a while! I was sad when a lot of the Arby's I had been to recently were lackluster in food, cleanliness, and service but this Arby's gives me hope!
The food was hot and tasted great and the service was pleasant. Potato cakes were back and that made me so happy! The cashier also shared my enthusiasm and we had a nice chat about it. When the cakes call, I'll be back.
As far as fast food goes, Arby's is great. Soft buns, tender beef, variety of sauces. I did inspect the inside for blue plastic (recent review). None was found.
I wanted to compare Arby's between Canada and the United States. Unfortunately, I couldn't compare directly because this location was out of their cheddar sauce! That's the only reason I dropped the rating.
The service was very good. Responsive and suggested a 2 for 1 deal to me that only added $1 and change.
Clean, newer store, and cashier was very polite. Arby's standard fare and prices.
I've been going to this Arby's for over 16 years and usually they are good, but this last visit was awful. I ordered takeout via the drive through and when I got back to my house and looked at the roast beef gyros, 3 of them had bits of blue plastic on the meats. Here are the photos. I don't know if I'll be headed back anytime soon. Buyer beware!!!
So stopped thru just to get some fries. Waited 5 mins before someone even came to take orders at front counter. I order my fries and then after seeing the rib slider I thought I would try it. In the adverised pictures, it had 2 pieces of rib and onion straws however as you can see I got 1 piece of rib with 1 big onion ring for $2.50. Paid $3 for fries I expected the container to be full. The 1st 5 fries were of a nice size then the rest were just little crumbles. I get inflation but at least give me what you advertise. I was in a rush and didn't bother to go back.
Third time ordering a getting no sauce even though it is clearly on the ticket. I can’t find a decent fast food place in the area that knows how to perform simple tasks. Also, there is no syrup in your dr pepper. Fries were cold. Just thought you should know. - A PAYING CUSTOMER
I so enjoy a classic roast beef sandwich with curly fries. I do wish they served Pepsi products. One thing you count on the only thing different between restaurants is how the outside looks and how the inside is arranged. The sandwiches are always the same great quality.
I’ve discovered that I need to open everything in my bag before I drive away because I keep being given plain roast beef sandwiches when I ask for beef and cheddars. Fries are rarely fully cooked.
