They say “do you need any other sauces besides the marinara?” Yes please Arby’s sauce too and then get home and no freaking marinara sauce. Like how do eat mozzarella cheese sticks without it ???? Why mention it at all if you ain’t gonna put it in the bag. I would have specifically asked for marinara sauce but I didn’t since they said that. IT SHOULD BE ASSUMED IT GOES WITH THE CHEESE STICKS. BUT IF THEY WPULD OF JUST SAID “any sauces “ I would have said marinara AND ARBYS SAUCE. BUT THE REAL KICKER IS IVE CALLED 15 times now and no answer. Why have a phone???????????????????
What an awesome place to grab a food as late it was, and especially when we have to travel from Murfreesboro to Tullahoma going home. I love the happy express of the cashier and also the drive tru female with happy welcome and good bye. Thank you so much for the awesome visit and keep up the great work guys. It's my favorite wife place and it has grown on to me to eat there and love it that you don't just sale roost beef sandwiches, you have turkey and also hamburgers. Thanks again guys.
Manager was working alone with two new employees. She provided great food along with excellent service. She even came to our table to see if we needed anything! Awesome Job!
Amazing customer service! They don't skimp on the condiments and are extremely pleasant. The food is good as well. If you value great service they're still serving it up here!
So when you go out to treat yourself to awesome food,.. you get upset when quality lacks. Sandwiches would have been way better if you got the condiments asked for. Then comes those mouth watering fries...NOT! They smell like last weeks grease. And burnt up (pic attached) come on guys let's not have to check before driving off. Box hardly full. Quality .... caring not here tonight ☹️
Went through drive-thru, so I can't comment on the inside. Drive-thru was fast, and food was hot. Girl in the window was nice. Can't ask for any better.
Paid over $6 for a beef and cheddar sandwich and the meat was burnt and crunchy. I had to pull half of it off. Not a good sandwich at all.
The girls working tonight did a fantastic job with my order. I believe this was on Patricia's (I hope I got her name right) shift. I got the brown sugar bacon turkey meal with curly fries and a sprite. I ate in the main area. Great suggestion with this sandwich.
It was a great experience, they were so pleasant. They looked like they were having a great time while working and got my order out very quickly.
