ordered a large meal and was charged for it but the gave me this amount of fries. the lady who took my order was very sweet, but the tiny portion of fries is quite disappointing.
Went to get dinner for the kids, ordered a chicken sandwich, roast beef, and 4 piece mozzarella. Got home we had chicken nuggets, a three piece mozzarella and what I think was jalapeño popper.. called to be like you messed up our order Gen Z on the phone was Like OK and?? What a loser, you have the easiest job and still can’t do it.
The male at the drive-thru window taking orders should not be working with the public. When I also ordered the free curly fries along with a combo meal he gave an attitude and I had to explain the promotion to him. When pulling up to the window to pay he was so unpleasant and rude. Will avoid this location.
The food was bad, cold and stale. Ordered chicken tenders and Buffalo sauce with fries and got hard, rubbery, cold chicken that was far from tender, my fries tasted like that had been sitting for 10 hours. The only thing that was just ok was the potato cakes and they where even luke warm. I repeated I wanted buffalo sauce when I got to the drive thru window and got bbq sauce. If I ever went back to this Arby's which I probably will not I would just order a regular roast beef and diet coke, that's not good for business, u can do better, don't let food sit around.
Horrible food, it's really changed in the last 6 to 8 months. Not sure what the deal is since they have help. My fiancee ordered 3 items and came home with only 2. Of the 2 items one was overcooked. He called, went back and brought all 3 originally ordered items back. Of the 3 items the one was again overcooked. They should have hired me when they had the chance during the winter. I wasn't offered the job because the manager makes the same money I was asking for....
Food was good but the service was very slow, it took over 25 mins to get our food, which was 2 kids' meals and 2 sandwiches and 1 Fry!! It looked like only 2 people were working, so it isn't their fault they couldn't keep up work the drive thru and the walk in customers.
Not sure what's going on because this place is usually pretty good, No one taking dine-in orders, people saying it was slow, staff didn't acknowledge customers standing there for a while and started taking orders from drive thru instead.
Waited over 45 minutes for my order, but not only that, my fries came up 15 minutes after my sandwiches. I understand being short staffed, but y'all need to step it up.
