Arby's has been my 2nd favorite restaurant since I was a toddler, and it has amazing chicken. If you're looking for something to eat on a road trip, get Arby's!! You won't regret it!
Ordered those fried Mac n cheese bites and I have no idea how they thought it was okay to serve these. Burnt, gross, can tell the oil was dirty as well.
The last two times we have visited the Whitehall, mi. Location, the food was good except the French fries were not hot.
The atmosphere was clean but very cold. Had to wear our winter coats. Food got cold fast.
I asked if the heat was broken and the server said that they have no control over the heat that a location in Georgia controlled the store’s environment controls.
Too cold for us. Will be going to a different location if it doesn’t improve.
Very disappointed in my experience here today. First off they were out of mozzarella sticks. I mean I think we can all agree that's probably the most important item on their menu, so how do they not stock enough?? Settled for the 2 for $7 deal. I don't think I've ever had a classic chicken sandwich from here so I thought I'd give it a try. Also ordered the classic beef n cheese. I used to have those a lot back in the day and remember the. Being cheesey and filling.
The chicken sandwich was good. It did have a big piece of grizzle in it, but the flavor was on point.
The classic beef however was just sad looking. Hardly any beef and so little cheese i think what was on there got on there by accident.
Overall experience very very poor and disappointing.
Our basement flooded during torrential rains, and we rain out to pick up food during our attempts at stopping the water from continuing to pour in. The manager (Britt I believe) noticed my frustration and covered our bill. It was an act of kindness that lifted our spirits on a very awful night. If this place has someone like that running it they are lucky to have her!!!
Ran out of roast beef! Seriously?!
There is nothing to say on the lame comment form you sent me. It was 6pm on a Saturday night when it happened, so we left
Love the roast beef sandwiches. Unfortunately I cannot get one at this location. Walked in a few days ago and there were only 2 employees in the restaurant. Both were making food. Nobody acknowledged me and I ended up walking out with no food. Visited again today to try again. There were 6 cars in the parking lot where employees typically park. I entered the restaurant and was met with silence. No customers OR employees. I walked out again and went elsewhere. So disappointing.
This Arby's us usually very decent, this last visit not so much! Which makes me sad to say, maybe just and off day. Had hair in one sandwich, the other wasn't made properly, nothing like the last couple time's we ordered the same sandwich. I will still try them again. Hopefully better next time.
