Wow! I just had the most incredible experience at the Arby's off Route 6 in Sugar Land, Texas, and it's all thanks to Justin, the amazing cashier who served us. From the moment my father and I walked in, Justin's warm smile and genuine enthusiasm set the tone for an exceptional visit.
Justin's customer service skills are truly off the charts. He greeted us with such genuine warmth and friendliness that we instantly felt welcome and appreciated. His attentiveness to detail was remarkable – he listened carefully to our order and made helpful suggestions.
What really stood out was Justin's incredible courtesy and respect. He addressed both my father and me with the utmost politeness, using "sir" and making eye contact throughout our interaction. It's rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and treats customers with such genuine care.
It's cashiers like Justin who transform a simple fast-food visit into a memorable experience. His exceptional service, courteousness, and positive attitude not only made our meal more enjoyable but also left a lasting impression. We love coming to Arby's after rediscovering it with coupons. Even without the coupons the website awesome to order from and they have great deals. Friendly staff, great service and great food. The place is always very clean. We noticed the manager would be always making sure her staff is trained up. I dare say they look like the model store. We love this place and then menu is always full of different options. Mozzerella sticks are always fresh and hot. Portions and the pricing is very reasonable. Now our regular Friday family night dining is at Arby's .

Food was good, just a bit too salty overall. The whole building was super clean, and the air was crispy cold. Staff was polite and quick. Honestly couldn't ask for much more at a fast food place.
Their service has been great since my childhood! And the food is pretty consistent. It’s fast food of course, but it always tastes good and does the job. I like that they offer mellow yellow too! And the fries are all so good and curly. I’m glad to have this place so close to home.
I enjoyed the double I had. Mmmmm! I wish there was an Arby's closer to my home.
When they offer 2 for $6 gyros, we come! We get the lamb as it reminds us of Greece. The meat comes in slivers, as if from a vertical Greek roasting spit. Well, not exactly, but there's plenty of meat. We get extra sauce and have at it!
Yesterday, added the 2 for $5 fish sandwiches. Decent! Alaskan pollack fillets.
We don't do a lot of fast food, but Arby's is our go-to for lamb gyros!
Came in for the 2 for $6 greek lamb gyro with medium curly fries and drink. Charged me regular price for the gyro manager had to come over to fix my bill. Loved the flavor of lamb with the tzatziki sauce. Will definitely get again.
I ordered a beef and cheddar only, the drive thru guy talked me into getting the combo....I had several errands and I live 45 minutes away...I couldn't wait to get home and relax to eat my BNC that I had been craving only to get home to find a plain roast beef. I was so upset. I've been calling to complain for 10 days now and no one answers the number on the receipt. $10 wasted. What a disappointment. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE!
