The service was excellent. The fry cook/cashier made fresh fries for me without me asking her to do so. Much better service than the Arby's from my home state back east.
The cashier was outstanding, Sadie. Fresh smiling and greeted us as we (my wife and I) as we came in- very upbeat. Not comin these days. The server also called our name and said thank you. The interior was clean and current- very nice. Great job to the owner.
The food was horrible. The fries were cold and only half full. I got the brisket and beef Hawaiian they didn’t put any beef this big, sliced brisket thinner than usual. There was pretty much nothing on the sandwich just the bread very little meat I asked for a Coke it tasted like they gave me Diet Coke that was water down I would never go to that Arby’s again, I guess some are better than others
Sara meet us at counter as we entered. She was very professional and polite. She took our order for 5 very hungry individuals and got every part of our order correct. The lobby was nice and clean. The fries ???? definitely had way to much salt ???? on them but that's the only complaint I have
I am so EXCITED ! and greatful that Arby's brought back potato cakes. There is literally no other restaurant or fast food chain that even sells potato cakes or that would even compare in taste.

Ordered online for pick up at the wrong store. This store gladly made our order without hesitation. The staff went above and beyond and were very nice. The store was also very clean!
Very rude staff. The cashier walked up to the counter, after I waited a few minutes, and just stood there. Didn't say a word. Not a "hello" or " how can I help you". Just stood there staring at me. If they hate their jobs, maybe go do something else that doesn't include customer service.
I ordered the new big game burger in the drive thru, and was told to go park at Chipotle and they would bring out my order. It only took a few minutes, but my burger was over cooked, dry and overall a gray color. I should of just ordered Chipotle.
