i should've gotten the Reuben.
5 cars ahead of me took over 20 min.
the 1/2 lb beef n cheddar was barely warm as were the fries. there may have been a tablespoon of cheese sauce. the fries barely filled the large container. all that and NINE sauce packets.
The wrap was poorly constructed, and the ingredients were carelessly assembled and presented. The wrap contained only a single piece of onion, and the chicken was cold. The night shift crew appears to lack proper supervision, resulting in subpar food quality and presentation. Management should address this issue to ensure that staff meet expectations and customers receive a satisfactory dining experience. My dissatisfaction with the meal warrants a refund.
Store is gross.. sandwiches lying everywhere and flies all over them... So gross.. meat all over the counter. Ew ew ew.
The music they play in Jasper, Alabama for the Arby's makes me think of funerals and death. This is the only location I know of that plays this type of music. Even the employee said it is very depressing. Listen to it all day when listening to
the music, other locations play different genres. Old rock rock r&b list goes on this place. Says they're not allowed to due to corporate. The other stores are corporate too so I just don't understand
Average. Service was slow despite a very low customer volume. None of the drink machines worked due to no CO2 and they were out of sweet tea. Also out of ketchup, mustard and horsey sauce. AND, the shake machine was broken! Had the Ruben sandwich and smoked brisket sandwich. Both were hot and tasty. Definitely needs some leadership upgrades. Otherwise, definitely not my best Arby’s experience; not my worst either.
Food was ok. Ordered 4 for 10 roast beef and a French dip. Problem was I didn't get my French dip roast beef sandwich. Got anjus but no sandwich. I guess we always have to check our bags to make sure they are doing their job !!! SADLY I WON'T BE BACK
They were very nice and had our food ready we didn't even have to wait long.
food was good. tried the new bourbon bbq brisket sandwich and it tasted a little rubbery on the sides but still tasty. i’ve never seen an arby’s with breakfast so i’ll have to try that next time.
