Employee in the drive thru was super rude, don’t know what’s happened to the hiring standard at this location, but it has gone downhill. The guy in the drive thru, made me feel pretty unwelcome, and was not wearing gloves while sorting my food into packages and into my bag. Used to love coming here, I will actively avoid this location now.
Nasty. Dirty. Rude. Sketchy. Very low class. The manager there is unhinged. I walked in and he was threatening his employees to make sure they "better not piss him off". He was very aggressive towards the customers also. I would never go back to this disgusting place. You might not want to go there either, you could get caught up in something at this place. You have been warned. Friday night 8-9-2034.
Very horrible customer service. Did not receive the correct items, employee spoke very inappropriately in front us three times. The food did not taste as good as usual either. So disappointing.
The roast beef sandwiches we ordered were cold and bun stale. Like a hockey puck. We ordered from door dash.
I went through the drive through today and the person taking my order at 12:30 was probably the most informed and highly professional person ever. Congrats
I witnessed the manager going out of his way to help someone who ordered incorrectly on the app. He gave both that person and us a great customer experience.
Always good food. Clean restroom and restaurant. Staff was really friendly ???? and food was made fresh. I stopped here heading back home 2 hours south and it was worth it!
How classy is begging for tips? Do you come to the table and take orders? Do you refill customers drinks? Do you make sure the food is good? Do you clean up the area when the customer is finished eating? What next, asking people to donate for your kid's clothes or to help pay your bills? If you want to EARN more money, then get an education. Their classic cheesesteak looks great on TV and that is it. I unwrapped mine and it looked like vomit poured onto a bun. It was all over! Service is also very slow. If you enjoy being disappointed have a date night at Arby's on GV.
