This restaurant looks like it is brand new. Clean lobby, tables, floor, and facilities. Employees were exceptional! Large parking lot. Well done Salem Arby's.
The girl working both the drive thru and the counter was great. Doing her job and the manager’s. Dallas (name tag said manager) was rude and didn’t smile once you can tell he really loves his job. If you don’t like people that’s fine, but maybe you should be the guy in the back.
The food is what you would expect from an Arby's. The downfall is how slow they are. Don't be afraid to shut your car off in the drive-thru to save your gas.
I hit the drive thru on my way home. The food was delicious, the staff were efficient, friendly and got my order right. There was a long line but it moved very quickly.
Very clean and friendly employees. Nice place Still very nice place to stop on our way to see our grandson play football for Maroa - Forsyth high school. It's about a 3 and a half hour drive from our house in Southern part of Illinois.
Unfortunately I never got the chance to order because not only was the lobby locked, no one answered the phone. Being a truck driver, my semi won't fit in the drive thru. I was really craving a Reuben and some jalapeño poppers.
d of course, we all love them Cause when they're good and when they're not good, you're not good but the employee seem happy regularly working hard to make us all happy. I like the restaurant and I like the people that were there but food is good. I don't forget to cherry turnovers. You're like to die for.
Typical Arbys menu but friendly service and good quality.
