Best WLM Reviews
It was a solid experience overall. The food was good—not exceptional, but exactly what you’d expect from Arby’s, which is kind of the point. It hits that craving for a reliable, familiar meal. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed since it wasn’t busy. Service was pretty quick too, which was a nice bonus. If you’re looking for a straightforward, no-frills meal, this Arby’s does the job well.
If you send me a coupon because I agree to receive email communication from you in my email that features a discount on a purchase, having your store employees tell me that they cannot honor the coupon when I show up to use it in person is enraging. The fact that they shrugged and offered no help or empathy made it worse. Then, I had to spend 15 minutes setting up your app so I could place my order that I could have easily made across the counter so I could then stand and wait another 5 minutes for my order to be prepared while I was in a hurry. While setting up the app and adding a credit card, I was told that I had to also give you my phone # to complete the setup. I don't appreciate not being given a choice. To top it all off, the food I ordered was cold and tasted terrible. I guess that now that you're done destroying the Buffalo Wild Wings brand, you've turned your attention back to your original brand. You have been my family's favorite fast ood spot for years but I think we're done. Dumping your potato cakes off your regular menu was just the first step in wrecking a brand we used to love.
Great service, and the food was reminiscent of how Arby's used to taste in the 70s and 80s.
The restaurant was in good shape, but work on wiping down the tables.
Grandson and I stopped here on our way to Lake Mead for a quick day of fishing and checking out the boat for the spring. The service at the drive-thru was fast. The food was fresh and hot. The price for the current specials was reasonable. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. It was not as great as this chain restaurant was 10 years ago but better than many of the other choices.
My kids wanted curly fries. I made the visit via the drive thru. The guy working asked me to pull around as they were making new fresh fries. No problem. Fresh fries are worth waiting for. Thank you!
Always SUPER clean Arby’s ! Staff is really friendly and patient !
They're new and nice. My order was right and everything was great, although I don't know how a shake could end up bad. I really only made this remote so I could post a higher quality menu pic than what was already on here. Should be
Oh man, skip this one until they learn how to run a business. The employees didn’t have a clue and don’t seem to have any management operating this location. 4 employees inside, waiting more than 5 minutes at the drive thru with zero acknowledgment so decided just to go in. Was told it would be at least 15 minutes for one sandwich. When I pulled out of the drive thru there were about 7 cars behind me. Really missing out on legit business, hope management gets it together.
