I’m handed my bag and get a blank stare when I say thank you. Get back to work, open the bag, no straw. Lame, but I can deal with that. Open my roast beef sandwich, it’s cold, slimy, and green around the edges. Return the sandwich and ask why it looks like that and get told “that’s just how roast beef looks.” I’m no roast beef expert. I’ve only eaten maybe a thousand or so roast beef sandwiches in my life, so I’ll trust the real experts here and accept that Arby’s roast beef is just supposed to look disgusting now. Thanks Arby’s.
We usually go in to order but decided to use the app this time and take advantage of the 25% off first online order...best experience ordering online. Ordered from the parking lot then walked straight in and they were actually putting our food and drink on the counter in the designated spot making our trip out for dinner super easy and super fast. Great Job
Getting Worse and worse I saw bojangles backed out to the curb and only 1 person in the drive through at Arby's so I went to arbys. Well I waited forever behind that 1 car and by the time they were done taking the order I knew I should've went to bojangles. I finally got up to the thing and I know what I wanted so I told him 3 chicken sliders and a white cheddar mac and cheese. He was hard to hear but finally he said okay let me get your total, he must be new becouse it took a few minutes to get my total. He finally told me and I pulled up to the window, I told the person in the window my order to confirm it knowing its an assistant manager and they interrupted me as soon as I started to talk, with the total. So on top of all of that they definitely need to practice building the food and putting it in the correct containers and work on their customer service! This isn't the only time stuff like this has happened but im very disappointed Arby's and I will never be coming back!
Food was great! Wife said it was the best hamburger she had in years! Staff was very nice.
Friendly ppl and good service. Get you a turkey gyro and add bacon with extra tomatoes and gyro sauce. Yessss it’s so good to me.
Great experience because of great service at the drive thru. Wait was minimal, order was correct.... Everyone was happy! Recommended!!
2 Roast Beef sandwiches for $6. 1 for lunch and 1 for supper. Great with cheese and horsey sauce. Very filling, fair on carbs for diabetic, lot of protein and almost no fat. Speed of service was great!
The sliders and mozzarella sticks are bomb
My husband and I ordered the Mac and cheese for the first time last week (Feb. 2020) and for $2.99 (or for $1.99 to sub fries) it seems like you only got a scoop of Mac and cheese and was not worth it
