We went today and had the two for six dollars fish sandwiches. A small order of curly fries and two small fountain drinks. For the $13.63 cents that it cost I thought it was an excellent value. The fish sandwiches was better than Popeyes fried fish sandwiches. It was a better deal than McDonald's fish sandwiches. I recommend giving them a try. The young man who waited on us at the counter was courteous and professional.
Not a good experience. Was 1 of 2 small groups in the lobby, minimal drive through traffic. Waited 5 minutes before being told "be right with you" . The gentleman at the slicer come about and acknowledged us and said he would start the order to help minimize the time. Food took another 10 minutes to get out. Tables were not clean in the dining area. Poor customer service for those want to set and have a meal.
Very poorly managed. They will ignore everyone in the lobby to get their drive-thru orders done faster.
They don't care about door dashers AT ALL.
This place is poorly managed. They ask to wait when nobody is there(every time). Nothing is safe to order except plain roast beef. Employees are not friendly and always look worn out. Hopefully corporate can come in and make this place an acceptable eating establishment. Twice I've been turned away from the drive-thru due to no staff.????????????
Arby's is becoming the Walmart of fast food. You can always get their great Roast Beef, but you can get a Greek Gyro, I had the Bacon Cheeseburger Yuuumm, not mention the classic Ruben.
20+ minute wait after placing a drive-thru order. 5 other cars were served while I waited as requested. Food never arrived. Went inside. They still had the order pending but forgot to make it. Got sandwiches and drinks wrong with me watching and got mad when I wanted them made right. Refused to give me a receipt so I could contact the company. How are they still open??
The drive-through experience was fantastic. The employee Zach was awesome funny and a great employee.
Sat in the drive thru for 5 min with no response. Drove to the window and no one to be found. They were open and I took a picture of their hours to be sure. I was there around 10:25. I don’t know how they expect to get business when they weren’t serving anyone. I also saw three cars in the lot and one employee was walking in when I pulled up to the drive thru.
