Slow service. Just ordered two orders of fries. Had to wait. Wasn’t even hot and fresh. Only maybe 3 people inside dining. No excuse.
Wow! What a dump. Used to be okay. Went in on 7/30/24 and was ignored by attendant for several minutes. I was the only person in the restaurant. Probably a manager.
She finally stopped after pacing back and forth and ignoring me four or five times, glared at me and said "We can't take your order for another 15 minutes or so".
I walked out. The place smelled like a sewer and was not as clean as I had remembered a year ago.
Another victim of bad management, workers who don't want to work and all the other gifts of the great pandemic.
Best to stay home and eat these days. Had I eaten there, I may have regretted it.
Came in 11/17/24 around 540pm, it took about 2 minutes to be greet and the woman working came up with her cell phone in hand from the back. The lobby floor was beyond STICKY, disgusting ????????. Shoes sticking to the floor sticky. Management need to take more pride in keeping the lobby clean and employees should not be on their phones in front of customers or around food making areas.
A report will be made to the health department on the condition of this store.
I had the fish and chips and it was really good. Crunchy on the outside and soft inside so yummy. I had the pecan chicken salad and wow it was so amazing.
It's filled with grapes, apples and amazing sauce. The staff was so helpful and friendly great smiles. I know they work hard and I appreciate them. I'll be coming back again.
This was the best experience I’ve had at a fast food or actual restaurant in months. Service was friendly and helpful, food arrived quickly and fresh, all drinks were available, the restaurant was clean and employees were happy and friendly. Great job!
Brendan is the man! This guy was working BY HIM SELF! He cooked, served front and drive through, and maintained a VERY clean location! This dude is AWESOME, A++
What a letdown. This is not our usual location but we were at the mall so we decided to cross the road. This was for a Friday lunch just before noon. It started out OK. The one customer in front of us was finishing up and we were the only people inside; the drive through looked like it had maybe three vehicles. Our cashier was obviously a rookie. — she even said it was her first day. — and was being helped by an experienced person. She slowly took our order, which was fine since we weren’t in a hurry and she was willing to listen and learn from the veteran. Then the manager “A” horned in and ordered the veteran to help the line. The manager then started screwing up our order and we had to keep correcting her; mind you, before she barged in we were almost done and were being rung in correctly. The drink station was wet because the spigots were not screwed on tightly. Our order came out. The fries were slack filled but since they seemed old we didn’t particularly want a bunch of mealy cold fries anyway. Worse, though, the chicken bacon swiss had a patty not a filet. It was drenched in honey mustard. There was no produce. I took it back and they actually said “he wanted lettuce tomato onion on it?” I had no alterations in my sandwich order so the line person was evidently a new person as well. She also said that was the only chicken they have. The roast beef classic in our order was fine. The dining room was fine. From what I surmised they had two new people, an experienced person, and the manager for a Friday lunch in a busy area. I don’t know if the manager was unhappy she had to do front line work or if she just has customer service attitude problems in general. In the future we will get Arby’s from our usual location. This manager needs a procedure refresher and a customer service refresher. She needs to learn that you serve PEOPLE not food.
Roast beef was OK, service OK. OK value for $5 at the drive through. Server was pleasant.
