Yesterday I tried the new " Hush Puppy battered fish strips and Fries. You do have a choice between crinkle fries or the traditional, well loved curly fries. But don't make an effort to run out and try them and thinking that they will have the same vibe as if you're jumping the pond to England or, even coming remotely close to any Pub you know has fish and chips! The first disappointment is seeing and I really mean it , you'll keep looking at the menu board and look at what you have and realize that you have been tricked into buying a glorified fish stick with absolutely nothing that resembles a Hush Puppy Battered Fish Stop(s)!! When you bite into them you get the first flashback of school cafeteria fish flavored, soggy Gorton's fisherman, deep freezer, mom is tired and that's what your having for dinner with with fries or, in our case when everyone was younger, " tater tots!!" It was below the bottom of sad and truly a waist of $10.. My wife on the other hand got a marketplace Turkey and Swiss sandwich with lettuce, tomato and Dijon mustard. I tried it and it was absolutely delicious..

Stopped in to have lunch because our vehicle was getting serviced. My wife and I always get the same thing " anything 2 for 6 " and we share a drink. This location is always clean and very well taken care of and the employees are awesome!! Everytime we're in the area, 9 times out of 10 it's going to be this Arby's that we will visit above any of the other fast food establishment's..
The drive thru was fast and friendly, but the food was below mid. Things have changed at Arby's or maybe it's just this location, I don't know. The sandwiches were just slapped together and just fell apart upon unwrapping. The bottom bun on the beef was ripped, but used anyway. The cheese sauce for the fries seems thinner and different than visits to Arby's in the past. We don't go to fast food very much but our kitchen is under construction and we are trying out different spots. Tremendous service at the drive thru though. I truly felt welcome and thanked for the business.
Such a disappointment. 2nd time in a couple of weeks at this location. Employee was very nice in the drive-thru, however the sandwich, a regular roast beef with swiss, was cold once AGAIN, like it had been sitting. I also ordered a rib slider and this is what I got. (See below)The Bigger piece was actually chicken and not sure what that little grizzly thing was. I live around the corner and usually love Arby's. I hope this doesn't continue....
Just left and man I'm so disappointed. We ordered 25.00 worth of food and it was sad. The cheese wasn't melted on my sandwich and the specialty Mango Lemonade was nothing but ice. There are so many other options in the area. Do better by your customers. The lady at the drive thru was my not very nice either.
I have been coming here on a regular basis. The food is great & the establishment is super clean. The majority of the employees know me by name. If there are any issues Gina makes sure to correct them immediately. Personally I'm not a fan of the beef, but really like the chicken salad sandwich & other seasonal specials. Recommend this Arby's
Tried the Cheesesteak today, it wasn't bad but certainly far from authentic. Service was fast and friendly.
I hadn’t been to Arby’s in like 20 years to see what’s new. The new burger intrigued me. The burger didn’t taste fresh. It tasted microwaved. The fries were a serving for a baby. Now I know why I haven’t been to Arby’s in 20 years. See you in another 20. I could have made this 10 times better at home.I’m really amazed how Arby’s is still in business. Who has something positive to say about Arby’s? I welcome the conversation.
Great place, I'm a regular there with my family. The people there are great and are always nice. If anything 10/10, definitely recommend people to come here.
