The bottom bun was like the bottom of a shoe and the roast beef was cold and pink. Service was average so I gave it a 3. I have a 5 for atmosphere...I ate in my car, which is nice enough.
Nasty. I was served raw cold chicken.
I noticed the sandwich bun was cold but it was cold because the center of the chicken was still frozen. They have a hole bunch of kids working in there that probably have no clue what they are doing.
Be careful.
Check your take out order before you leave. Don’t take their word it is correct. Both were managers. Frustrating.
Positive. New management has store looking cleaner. Improvements on the way once they get the kinks out of service.
Worst Arby's location! I was trying to order on the app and app was down, so I was explaining to the manager and they were very rude and just not concerned and blew me off like is not their problem. They didn't want to be bothered. This is the second time I've had problems with service at this location. I would avoid this one!
So my gf did a drive thru order & everything was cool except they didn’t give her the correct condiments & left a used glove inside our bag!!!!!!!
We had the $5 for five sandwiches deal. The sandwiches were better than I expected. Meat with tender and tasty little bit salty. The french fries were okay. I still love the Arby's sauce.
Super rushed order, out of the orange shake. I ordered the 2for6 and a md chocolate shake and ended up paying about $14.5. If you are a fan of customer service this location was definitely lacking and food wasn’t worth the price. Heading to the deli next time I want some roast beef especially if I’m only getting one slice
Arby's is one of my family's favorite fast food spots. It's a personal preference thing and this is what we all prefer. It's the same at most Arby's and we like that. We do have a gripe about this Arby's though. We bought five sandwiches and the buns were stale on ever single one of them. Not just a little stale but practically brittle. Since we got take out and didn't eat them until we got home 20 minutes later, we couldn't take them back and just had to suffer through them. We still love Arby's but we'll probably skip this location in the future
