These people are working so dang hard after hurricane milton. The line is wrapped around the building (inside AND out) and I am so impressed with how fast and efficient they are working. Plus the staff is being so nice and kind despite obviously being exhausted from nonstop orders all day.

My Greek Gyro ???? juicy as always & delicious and my husband's double roast beef is 1 inch thick (Arby's has the meats!) and super good with vanila milkshake! Best of all with Arby's App. $11 for two of us!
The staff was so very sweet and professional. Ot is not often that you go through a drive thru and find not only kind staff but people that seem to enjoy their job. They got the order correct which is a huge plus. The sandwiches have definitely gotten smaller and did not taste very good but I have had some good experiences at this restaurant and will be back another time.
Great service and food. I always go through the drive thru but they were working on something in there which is understandable. I went to leave and was greeted with a huge cloud of smoke and an employee who wasn't wearing a name tag who was sweeping the lot smoking literally at the door.
I don't really have the greatest lungs and will now be struggling the next little while. Please be more considerate when it comes to other people.
Was there today at 11.30am and got confused with all the offers and had hard time downloading the app, but the Assistant Manager Petra jumped in to help me and please my wishes ordering and taken advantage of the deals.
Thank you Petra for running the extra mile, your patients and customer services are appreciates since I am a Senior Citizen

Food was cold ordered buffalo slider and curly fries. The fries weren’t fresh and all of them were tiny and not curly at all they were all 1-2inch long like the bottom of the fries or something. Honestly they were pretty much just crumbs.
Deep fried turkey sandwich was like homemade. It was really good
Just tried the Ruben just as good as any deli. Hubby had their dulex burger and really good.
After REFUSING to make my order and the delivery driver having to fight with them to even make it they don’t give me the right food. Then when I call the store the manager Kyle tells me how he gave me the food I PAID FOR “out of the kindness of his heart”. Then he hangs up on me continuously as I call the store to which he just answered the phone and threw it on the counter so I couldn’t speak. The most disgusting customer service I have ever seen. Deserves to be fired. If this wasn’t a franchised store I’d be calling corporate. But I will be finding the owner And complaining personally.
