We came in 15 minutes before they closed and pull up to the speaker for her to yell and say “we are closed” but you aren’t closed until 10? I feel like that was poor service as well as atmosphere. We will to the window and she looks at us and locks the window.
I feel like I wasted my money last night at this location. The
cook did a horrible job with my food and the girl at the window had a horrible attitude. They need to hire better people.

Tried these New loaded fries for lunch today. They looked great on the menu. This is what I got from the drive thru. Not very appetizing. They taste like they look. Not worth trying again. Very disappointing. The lady at the window was friendly. Good customer service. Awful fries.
I walked because ppl that already ordered are parked in the way. Very young staff that gave me cold frys and forgot my au jui sauce. Typical lagrange terrible customer service and work ethic.smh
No Arby's sauce but at least they had roast beef this time...guess I will have to buy sauce at the grocery store...hmmmm
When I called the first time nobody answered but when I called the second time someone cought an attitude with me and the reason I called is because y'all forgot my mozzarella sauce
Today I actually went in to eat…I wish I hadn’t. Now I won’t go there at all again. The place so so messy. I was shocked at how bad the place looked. There was only two other people in the dining room with me and approximately 5 employees. I sat at the front window so I saw the very few cars that went to order through the drive thru. Someone needed to clean up badly! Plus none of the condiment containers worked except for two. I will say the bathroom was in decent condition other than the ceiling.
Food wasn't as good as other Arby's I've been too neither was the service.
