French dip with Swiss cheese is better than most fast food choices. Tried the Gyro which was pretty good, too.
Typical arby's but food is good. Personally after working for arby's I dont eat the roast beef, mainly because I know what it looks like before its cooked, it's not a solid roast beef, more like a big hot dog that looks like roast beef when you cut it thin.
Though the chicken is exceptional, always enjoy the chicken sandwiches or tenders. Curly fries are always great, they used to have loaded potatoe bites years ago that I wish they would bring back.
Food was good, atmosphere was nice not over crowded. Enjoyed the TV and the Pat McAfee show. Floors where extremely slippery, whatever they cleaned the floors with was extremely dangerous . Two of my friends fell during our visit . Nothing was done after we gave them a heads up...didn't ask if either was okay. Disappointing
Arby's did not make it right, like they said, after I found a piece of plastic in my turkey club.
Usually do takeout but always good n reasonably priced!
My teen can be tough to please but he literally said "This is the best Arby's ever." Not the day before he was telling me how much he didn't like Arbys. My wife also commented she really liked the place and she never says stuff like that about fast food places. I think it was because they had fish she really liked. I thought they were just a teeny but slower than other fast food places and it made 100% better difference. Sometimes an extra 5 or 10% slower makes a huge improvement that is well worth it. The place was pretty clean and had a good and happy staff. Definitely a lot better than your typical fast food place. I was there 9/3/23 in the early afternoon.
Felt that I was a burden to be there giving an order. The one taking the order was eye rolling and sighing. I guess everyone has a bad day! Follow-up was told to fill out the information online in regards to the visit. I will be contacted. ....I was never contacted ????
At the drive thru they wouldn't accept a $50 bill. Then the bun top on my sandwich was stale. However, the young lady at the drive thru was very nice and apologized about the $50 policy.
