Ordered with a coupon Arby's cheddar.... I wanted it like always no sauce so I told the kid no sauce three times no sauce see the attached photo...some kind of sauce on the roast beef...second I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches after waiting for about 5 minutes the kid says the chicken is cooking finally got my incorrect order after 15 minutes....86 this Arby's not going back....
Great Arby’s Came for lunch and they were slammed with customers. Very few employees that worked to perfection with each order. Food came faster that expected, as ordered and piping hot curly fries. Beef and Cheddar was to perfection. Store was super clean as well as the restrooms. Counter help was what a employer would want. What I like best was workers worked together without loud voices. Wonderful experience here.
The employee guy the help us @ the register was very kind, friendly. I wish the every employee everywhere has the personality. Make the costumer to feel welcome. ,and in the end he said come back again and eat you favorite meal. That comment was Awesome never in my life a Employee said that. ,he was the 1st. Person . Bravo for Him.
I went here for dinner and was dissapointed I ordered the 9 piece nugget meal with "Curly fries" and got scraps on the nuggets AND curly fries. Nuggets were tiny and had no full curly fry they were all in pieces. Thank God I added a slider for $1.00 that was the only good thing out of the meal.
A year ago I ranked this establishment a 2 Star and had much to say about the horrible service. Today’s update version shows much improvement. Not only did ZACH greet us immediately upon entering but he was also polite and helpful. Our food was hot and delicious.
It might of taken some time but I think this places is getting it together.
Mmmm yes please!!! Loving the buffalo chicken sandwich.. makes these lips tingle with that kickn buff sauce!!! And I'll have another!!!
The food is good. It's clean. And the employees are nice.
Second time now I have ordered a beef and cheddar and did not get cheddar or red ranch on my sandwich. Which is Crazy considering there was only one other car in line ( behind me) and I still got told to pull to the side and waited for 10 minutes for my food...
