Stoped here while we where in town. Food was old and sucked, they forgot half our order had to go back and get it then still they forgot the sauce after 3 times asking. The chicken was cold and hard as a rock. The Buffalo chicken was old and I guess at least there was plenty of sauce on that. Think it was more of a sauce sandwich. Will be last time we stop at this location. Guess at least the drinks where good and best thing from here.
This past week, I was at Arby's 3 times. The 1st time, the drive thru forgot to provide 1 of the sandwiches in the bag, had to go back to get it. The 2nd visit, the drive thru person, gave the food, said, "Have a nice afternoon," and the window closed. Forgot to give me the drink. 3rd time. I ordered the Gyro Roast Beef with no onions and extra Gyro sauce. There was very little sauce and very little roast beef on the pita bread and no Gyro seasoning. The person taking the order was so fast speaking, didn't ask which type of potatoes, and I wanted the crinkle fries not curly. He should have repeated the order back and I would have realized and had him correct the fries type. Really had enjoyed the Gyro, but lost taste for it after this last visit.
Arby's is one of my favorite fast food places to eat. Better quality and selection of food than other big name food service providers. I mean, how can you go wrong with seasoned curly fries?
Just stopped by today around 2pm for a quick snack... I didn't get the names of the people working, but they all went above and beyond!
The guy with the tattoos who took my order as well as the lady in kitchen were very polite and accommodating. My lady just recently went on a keto diet and without hesitation, the crew today made a chicken wrap on a bed of lettuce as requested (which I know they don't normally do as it isn't technically a menu option). The other food I ordered was very fresh and absolutely delicious! 10/10 would definitely recommend this Arby's location! Thanks again to the crew that helped me today.
I had to wait in line for a while. But it wasn't the employee's fault the car ahead of me couldn't make up her mind. The guy taking the order handled it like a professional. The food was not the best the tomatoes were soft and mushy. I also think it was time to change the oil in the fryer the fries had an odd taste. The employees were doing a very good job with what they had to work with.
Arby's is always a good choice for a quick gyro. Common type sitting area, nothing spectacular. Service from employees was with a smile.
Being from FL. This is by far the best Roast Beef sandwich and fries. Sandwiches were perfect not dried out fries amazing. A lot better here than where I'm from. Awesome job guys, enjoyed my super quick meal before getting back on the road
Last time I ate here we didn’t get half of our food and had to go back and get the rest of our order. This time I our order was wrong. I just have to shake my head.
