Stopped in for a late meal on a 7hr drive home. The food was hot and fresh. They went above and beyond by maying a Gyro with a wrap. Amazing customer service. Hot, fresh, delicious food. Wish it was closer to home.
Don’t go to this location! They have very poor customer service! I have come here times before and I am always let down. Rude employees and food quality is very inconsistent. Today I ordered a loaded curly fry and they stated they haven’t sold those in over a year. I asked if he was sure because I got one yesterday at another location. He passed the mic to the manager and he said he will not speak to me about it bc they do not have it. That was a very rude response as I had to attitude and I was genuinely curious so I know for future. Maybe they were just out of the stuff to make it, maybe the guy taking orders was new and didn’t know, or maybe that location stopped offering. Either way it wasn’t necessary for the manager to make a rude comment such as that. I chose to pull off and not order at all.
I haven't had Arby's since the pandemic so I was excited to try it again when I went a couple nights ago. I wasn't aware that their menu changed so I asked for a couple minutes to look it over to double check if they had any turkey options that did not come with bacon (allergy reasons). The staff didn't like that I asked for more time (which I understand since they are timed) but I wasn't sure from the images of which items came with and without bacon (aside from the club). When I asked which ones had bacon, the staff member taking my order replied to me with a condescending tone that left me embarrassed to continue my order. I ended up leaving soon after from the embarrassment with something I didn't want and I somehow ended up with mixed fries when I only ordered curly. Safe to say it was a disappointing trip here.
Went in and got the French dip meal. Seems the sandwich got smaller and is packaged in paper as opposed to a box. Disappointed in the cost of sandwich with coupon and does not even look worth the coupon price of 7.99 it appears to be size of a hoagie bun. I could get more meat for 7.99 at subway, Meijer, or Walmart also How can it be a French dip without the Au jus?
Young girl just sitting around in the drive thru at 2:00 am, I went ahead to drive thru and it says the restaurant is closed an hour before 3 AM. 11/05/2024 PLEASE update the hours so people can save their gas before coming to this place that won’t offer service!
Dwaynes service at the front counter made this a 5 star experience. This young man is genuinely a people's person. He is kind and respectful and seems to have the qualities that are so rare these days. I took the time out of my day to let you guys know that i really see something special in this kid.
I came to take order at the drive through and someone skipped the line and when i talk to the girl she work there she smacked the window on my face it’s my first time and last time there bad service and disrespectful staff
Quick drive thru experience. Order was correct and hot. Pleasant staff.
