The store looked clean and there was plenty of car park space. Disabled car park easily assessable. The meal I got was cold. The sauces at the sauce station were empty and only 1 was available. 2 of the drinks tasted flat. Just wasn’t the experience I was looking for being my first time visiting. Will be back just hope that everything is a whole lot better.
Just went to order a med roast beef sandwich and drink. The girl at the counter couldn't decide which was most important... take my order or continue texting. When she finally looked up I asked for a medium roast beef sandwich, no sides, and a drink. She tried to get me to upgrade to a full meal. I said no thanks, she snickered and rolled her eyes... and I left... won't be back. No wo Der all the Arby's are closing up.
When ordering they didn't even ask what we wanted to drink. Had to finish our order at window cause they the speaker they just wanted to rush us through. When giving us our food the girl said sorry I have all the orders messed up. Gave us our order and of course it was wrong. Ordered the correct items on door dash and the food seemed like it had been sitting for hours the brisket was hard to chew. I just won't ever go back.
Honestly they can do better. First time eating at this location in a long time. Was not impressed. Fries tasted like grease an were overcooked. Not necessarily a bad thing as there were crispy; but definitely not what I paid for. All the chicken was undercooked an smelt terrible. I am pregnant an can’t imagine if I hadn’t noticed how it could of effected me. Will not be returning. Customer service was good but they need to hire different cooks or something because that experience was completely unacceptable an honestly disgusting.
Mega beef sandwich had over an inch of beef on it. Split it with a friend. Was awesome, and I love the fries and horsey sauce.
I've noticed a cpl of Arby's have closed down. They missed one. This Arby's cannot get an order down. Second time they have screwed my order. Won't be back
Went in for the arbynator, it was good. Alot of meat!! Got some sliders (1 ham, 1 turkey) for the kiddo and he enjoyed them very much also!
This is my second time ever to come to an Arbys. The first was over 40 years ago.
Nice menu, great service and clean.
I had to try 3 different sliders each as good as the next. But the spicy chicken was my favorite.
