Drive thru- food was perfect! Asked for fresh cooked fish- it was crispy and so hot it burned my tongue a little! Just perfect! lol
The drive thru team was helpful, courteous and fast! No complaints! Much much better than nearly all fast food pls es today!! Thumbs ????????
Went to Arby's for dinner the other night and ordered a large french dip sub meal. To my surprise, it was almost $20!!! $17 Plus tax it absolutely ridiculous for 1 meal. Then I get handed this little, itty bitty cup.... I ask the cashier, "this is a large?" Who then says, "oh no" and then hands me the right size. I posted pictures so u can judge for yourself. If I'm paying that much money for food, how about give me the right size for one, for two, u think maybe putting enough meat on the damn bread so I could at least taste what I just spent a small fortune on. Absolutely the last time I visit Arby's.... Horrible management and customer service, u should be ashamed to charge that much money for bread!!!!
I stopped while traveling after Hurricane Helene. Town my or may not have been on a 7pm curfew, overheard an employee talking on phone in bathroom that they were under 7pm curfew. It was 6:55 & still open. The crew of 4 or 5 ppl gathered by fryer & drive thru window were so load that I couldn't hear cashier that was taking my order. Very RUDE!!! & UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Only ordered one classic roast beef that was handed to me as I was paying. It's hard to say how long it was under light, since that was what I was feeding my furbaby I didn't eat. Honestly the meat that was on it should have been used for a slider. That's how much meat was on it. I like Arby's & my furbaby loves it, but the last two that I've stopped at have been slacking a lot. Actually meat of how much was there. Roxy won't eat the bread so taking it off the bun I was shocked. ????
This place deserves 0 stars!!!! I Placed an Order online went to resturant to pick up and they were closed. Even though hours were still saying open. Emailed corporate 3 times went into store spoke to manager and basically was told oh well we can't help you!! Not my problem! So you stole my $30 bucks and don't even care to make it right!! I will never step back in an arbys ever again!! If this is how you want to treat customers who spend their hard earned money just to steal it I'm out!! Thomson fast food places are a joke !!! Managers need to have some customer service skills because $30 is alot of money to be out of!! And what's up with the owners and corporate who don't respond to you?????
Passing through on my way to South Carolina and decided to stop by. Very courteous employee at the front counter! The food was great! Keep up the great job!
This place is clean! The people are nice and sociable. The turkey ranch and bacon sandwich was juicy and flavored well. It will stay in your mouth for a long time after though!
The restroom was very clean, only one sink though. Over all this place was an enjoyable place to have a quick bite to eat!
Just went through drive thru and my lamb gyro doesn't have any lettuce on it, what's going on with ppl that don't take pride in their food they make? Very pathetic and the fact that this combo was at full price and two sets of fries were half full, SMH
Really enjoyed going to this Arby's. The store was in great shape, and I liked the design layout. Did not feel as much like we were in a fast serve restaurant. Staff was very friendly and did their jobs well which is rare in today's world. Manager is really on top of her game. Would definitely go back.
