Best WLM Reviews
Arby's has a Reese's Peanut Butter Cookie that's thick and sweet. This store has the best employees with awesome customer service. If you want to knock out that sweet tooth or simply buy for a lunch pale, come on by. They would love to see you.
So happy that Arby’s has brought back potato cakes. It’s been so many years and this was one of my favorite products that they offered having some right now as a matter of fact, so happy thank you so much.
Potato cakes and fries were not greasy like they sat in a warmer. Fresh and well drained before serving. A HUGE plus for me. Employee at the drive thru window was really nice and had good customer service skills. You never know how someone's day is going so make a positive impact when you can kind of vibe.
I would mark my food as a 0 reason for that is that I ordered 3 French dip sandwich. And what I got was it on slider buns and the Auju sauce was horrible quality, actually causing my family to get sick from tasting the sauce. The slider buns were rock solid and definitely not coming or ordering from this Arby’s ever again. Horrible quality! My family and I thought it was a joke but no it’s not!
I ordered a smokehouse brisket sandwhich...I have had this a few times in the past...it tastes ok, but I paid..$10.98 for a very skimpy sandwhich, this time. I have also had this experience a few months ago when I ordered for myself and my son......the same order. On other occasions I had a reasonably sized sandwich. My opinion is that California has done an extreme disservice to its customers by raising fast food hourly wages to an absurd level causing a catastrophic level of dissatisfied customers Especially were service and value are concerned. I will be spending my $12.00 at Brookfields from now on....down the street. For $15.00 I can have fresh roast beef, mashed potatoes and gravy. Or Turkey. The same deal...or any other fresh made anything. For WAY less than processed meat.
Today I ordered a Gyro, the server asked if I wanted it with roast beef I said no, lamb. Went home and unwrapped my meal to find an ungodly amount of roast beef in a bun and nothing else. I love their gyros, I guess this location just doesn't make them.
It's a newer remodeled unit. My mother and I had the opportunity to order from the manager while we were there. She was magnificent. Her and her buisness deserve your attention.
Score 4 for cleanliness and customer service, but my 2for6 classic beef and cheddar getting 1, because it was too small and cold. Generally expensive in compare to other fastfoods, menue start from 8$ to 12$, except 2for6.
