This Arby’s in Washington, IN, was a pleasant surprise for a quick bite. The place was clean, and since it was pretty empty when I arrived, the service was lightning fast. My order—a double French dip sandwich with crinkle fries and a drink—came out in just 5 minutes.
The French dip was the star of the show. Doubling up on the meat turned it into a hearty, satisfying sandwich. The melted cheese paired perfectly with the savory au jus, making every bite rich and flavorful. It hit the spot! The only downside? The crinkle fries. Unfortunately, they were neither hot nor warm, and it seemed like they'd been sitting out too long. A fresh batch would’ve elevated the meal.
Despite the fry mishap, this Arby’s is worth a return visit if you’re in the area. Fast, friendly service and a great French dip make it a solid stop for a quick, filling meal.
They had a big order and some arby's will slice the meat thicker to get it done quicker but they did not and I'm very happy about that. Good job and thank you.

The roast beef meat was cut way too thick and it was undercooked to the point of not being able to chew it.
Ordered the turkey bacon ranch and the turkey looks like it's been ran through a food grinder and placed on my sandwich. I've always gotten sliced turkey before. Very disappointed with as much as you have to pay for a sandwich
Second went though drive thru n order my food twice got my order wrong very disappointed
WORST ARBYS EVER!! WENT THERE AT 8PM GET HOME WRONG BURGER. I BEEN STARVING SINCE 8AM. GO BACK ASK FOR HALF POUND ROAST BEEF SOMEHOW I GET W CHEDDAR WHEN I GET BACK HOME AT 9:30 I TOSS THE BURGER OUT. HOPEFULLY 3 TIMES THE CHARM WILL WORK NOW I GOTTA EAT SOMETHING ELSE!!
Stopped here for lunch on the road and was an excellent choice. The manager took our order and made the coupons work for us. Our gift card was hard to scan but they found a way to let us use it. The sandwiches were perfect and the orange shake was wonderful. The team here knows how to treat a customer right. We will definitely be back when traveling this way again.
