The food was good but you have to reduce your prices, people can't afford your food. That's why a lot of people will go somewhere else. I would have to say your about 30% higher than other fast food restaurants.
I have not been to Arby's in well over a decade. I was in the area today and stopped by on a whim. I ordered from the app and my food was ready for me and waiting by the time I got from the parking lot into the building. That's how fast the service was. And the food did not suffer for it, everything was excellent, tasted better than I remember to be honest, and I definitely won't go so long without stopping in again. My partner had ordered the chicken sandwich and while I didn't try it, he said that it is hands down the best fast food chicken sandwich and that "anyone who tries it will be a convert".
This Arby's has become my new favorite place to order when I'm feeling lazy or just want something quick to eat.
My order always arrives hot, taste great and all the times I've ordered my food has never been wrong and I've never had missing items in my bag. The prices are fair for the amount of food you get as well.
Double beef & cheddar is absolutely my new food obsession. Thank you for amazing service and food!
Terrible experience with this location. Placed an order that consisted of two meals, and an extra side. The drinks weren't given, neither was the shake. One of the meals was missing the sandwich. When my wife went back for the rest of the order they gave attitude, didn't apologize, and explained they were out of that shake and sandwich. They offered no substitutions and figured they would just give half the order without refunding the other half or at least offering substitutions. When asked for the cheeseburger she was told she didn't order one. Once my wife showed the receipt the woman said oh right that's your cheeseburger sitting over there. What a joke...
I was driving home and seen the Arby’s in Chicopee, I ordered the roast beef with curly fries and regular drink. It came to $14+ , it was plain,,tasteless and small as hell! The drink was good but puny! The fries were ok. I grew up with Arby’s but I will never eat there again! Total waste of money! I should have gone next door to Dunkin Donuts and bought a sandwich there! I would have given a negative 5 if I could have. Bottom line don’t waste your valuable money eating there! Nothing against the employees, it’s not their fault at all.
We don't have an Arby's nearby in eastern Mass, so we overdo it when we go Arby's! The food was great and so were the people!
I cannot believe the wonderful quality of food we recieved for the price we payed. I think we got 8 items for like 21 bucks and all were delicious. The mozz sticks are restaurant quality as well as the rueben! Definitely recommend!
Went during peak lunch rush 6/7/2024. The drive thru was wrapped around the building, maybe 8 people at the counter, half waiting for their order. It was the most organized, least stressful and friendliest crew I've encountered at a fast food joint. The vibe and atmosphere were welcoming, even though I know it was chaotic for them. The food wasn't hastily made, my order was perfect, and there was quality to it, for what it's worth from an Arbys. I was very impressed.
