The service was SLOW and the burger provided was thin, dry and old. Not fresh at all. I love Arby’s burgers and get them often enough to know that’s now how the burgers are made. Pictures attached.
I went through the drive thru and was the only customer there. I ordered the 5 piece tender meal and only got 4 little small pieces of chicken. It wasn’t even the correct portion for the 3 piece tender meal. I also didn’t get enough fries. Ridiculous to have to pay over $12 and not even get what is advertised. The service was also very slow. I will definitely not be going back to this location.
I would like to take this time out to thank the Assistant Manager Kiara Burch for making my drive through experience a delightful one. She was very professional in making sure my order was correct from start to finish. Thank you Kiara for making my Arby's experience great!
Good food, watched the manager (wm,large frame,bearded) exhibit 5 star behavior when an unruly customer attempted to bully him, and dealing with the "Karen" he maintained good attitude.
Always order by mobile. I drive up or park and go in, and it's always fast. Food is always tasty and hot to medium hot, and that's fine with me, I'm usually drive home or get a quick lunch.
First visit back to Arby’s in a while. Although i placed a mobile online order & was given a time that it would be ready- I still had to wait an additional 10 mins. Seemed to be recent hires or inexperienced staff, so I’m not bothered by the wait, just surprised. I ordered the double roast beef which made me believe a regular size roast beef would be only bread, sandwich was better than ok but not great.
This place is very nice on the interior and a great place to sit down to eat. The service can be pretty slow but the food always comes out hot. Just know if you’re stopping by it could take a while, but otherwise its a good meal!
I was the ONLY car in drive-thru. I ordered fried mac and cheese. Imagine my surprise when I got home and had jalapeño poppers!!!???? didn't give me a receipt and no one answers the phone. Won't be eating at Arby's on McFarland (by TCBY) again.
