I just want to say I really love this Arby's out of every Arby's I have ever been to. This is the best. The only issue I had with them is that that it took longer to get my food out when I had to leave because I had to go to work. I came but I came back the next day they gave me my money back and a free meal. So I just want to give a shout out to the staff and especially the management team in the general manager. This is an amazing Arby's and I recommend it to all my friends and family. It's the only one I go to
We came late at night and came in to use the restroom, normally I’d expect service to be rushed or at least not overly friendly. Jeremy however was extremely friendly and even made small talk with me and made the experience really nice. Thanks for making my night a little better :)
Check your orders before you leave. The Ludington Arby's needs a quality control intervention. In 2 years, only 1 order has been correct. Today's was an order for a roast beef sandwich combo with crinkle fries and a diet coke.
The only thing right was the diet coke. The fries were curly, and we'll, the sandwich... The Sandwich was a gyro and was labeled with a sticker for dine in.
I had waited 7.5 minutes to get my order taken at the drive up so i knew thi gs were crazy or they were short handed. I pulled into a parking spot after getting my order fearing I was going to get a Beef and Cheddar (not a viable selection for driving).
Yep they're on track to keep the order mishaps close to 100%.
It's a shame, because all the staff atr friendly, but the delegation or QC just isn't there.
If you're in a hurry choose someplace else.
I wish them luck.
Ian G was EXTREMELY rude to us and seemed very annoyed with having to work. He couldn't leave his phone alone long enough to properly take an order, nor did he feel like washing his hands after wiping his nose, prior to bagging my food. Thankfully, the food wasn't made by him, just poorly bagged, however, the shake that he prepared, seemed a bit complicated for him, as we request no toppings and received both, it's unfortunate that this is the type of attitude that we received.
This Arby’s location never disappoints. Always fast and fresh tasting food.
My recent visit was great! Ordering was friendly, efficient, and accurate. The staff were very engaged and so kind. I had my pup Theo with me, and they kindly offered a small treat.

Awesome service for something as small as a mobile order. Most places are harsh and slow but Jeremy made my night by having everything instantly done as the app said it would.

Our group of 50 came in following a church service in Flint. Our previous plans fell through and Arbys in DeWitt made it happen! Serving our whole group in 23 min with a smile!!! They did amazing! Thank you from Cornerstone Tabernacle!
