I had a jamocha shake that tasted like a vanilla. The curly fries were the left over ends and the gyro was not the best one that I had there. The apple pie was also a little hard. I chose to dine in and the staff was wonderful with great service. I appreciate the atmosphere they created . It is hard to find service with a smile these days so I would go back just to see the people again and try something else on the menu.
Can’t really do much of a review about this location since the last 3 times I’ve gone, they’re told me they’re out of roast beef and can’t make any of the roast beef sandwiches. I only go to Arby’s for beef and cheddar. I haven’t been to this one in months because I tried to go twice a while ago and they informed us they were out. Decided to give it one more shot tonight and again, as soon as I pulled up to the speaker, I was informed they could not make any of the sandwiches with roast beef.
I had a great experience. Very efficient and friendly service. Roast beef and jalapeno bites were perfect, great for a late night snack! Definitely a better option than other options nearby.
Haven't had Arby's in a while and decided to make a visit. The food was good and was exactly what I was craving, but the service is what made this visit outstanding. Super friendly staff who were fun to interact with and that were also very helpful.
Don't ever go to Arby's at night time they don't get your orders right. The girl that took my order either had to be messed up on something because she couldn't keep her eyes open and wasn't comprehending anything at all. Was talking about my spouse to her coworker who had to be the manger on duty . That's y'all's customer service nice ,I will never go back to this place again .
Ordered a turkey bacon and ranch sandwich and it was TERRIBLE!! You could tell that the sandwich had been sitting in a fridge for several days!! The bread was hard, the bacon was so soggy that it didn’t look like bacon, the lettuce was wilted and had black spots on it, and the cheese had hard edges. Will never go back!!
I went to Arby’s yesterday. The customer service at the window and the intercom were outstanding. She saved me a lot of money and I got more food for the money and it tasted so good.
I often grab classic roast beef sandwich meals at the drive-thru. I have loved these sandwiches since I moved to the area in 1995.
