I love Arby’s. I truly do. I have NEVER in my life seen a prettier young lady with such a poor personality in customer service. When I asked about upper management she smirked and said that is my mother and walked away. As I am sure her mother in a high position would be so
Disappointed in her daughter’s disposition. As a mother I would be heart broken. Just goes to show you being pretty isn’t everything. It was a shame. No smile, no have a good night, no thank you. Argumentative and to be honest it was a turn Off. she would do so much better in a profession that only depended on her looks. Because leaving there , I no longer saw that she was pretty. Her mother is the District Manager. :(
It's like everywhere you go it is just not the same!! I got a turkey sandwich (I use to love how fresh they were) but bread soggy no taste..Idk I hate giving bad reviews but please give me how restaurants were 4 years ago!!
They didn't have No napkins at all to give to people to use. That wasn't to good not having Napkins.
My sandwich was dry and just not tasty. I choked down 1/2 and threw the other half out.
Food is good service is okay. But for those of us that are gluten free meaning we cant have bread. Please put my sandwich with no bun in the plastic container that is used for the loaded fries and baked potatoes. This is for the same reason that the loaded fries and baked potatoes arent served in cardboard boxes. The box decentegrates and cannot be seperated from the food. I dont enjoy eating cardboard. If a plastic container is going to break the bank for your resturaunt then your restaurant has much bigger issues than saving a plastic container is going to solve.
Update: 6/15/24, return to arbys union city tn and same thing beef n cheddar with no bun served in a cardboard container knowing the wet meat and sauces are going to break down the cardboard meaning im eating cardboard. As stated before, if a plastic container for the few of us that have dietary restrictions is going to break the bank then you have much bigger problems then saving a plastic container is going to solve.
The employees are friendly and the service was fast. We couldn't believe how fast we got our food through the drive thru. We ordered pulled up to the window we paid and bam they gave us our food and drinks quickly with a smile.
One of the employees was very rude. I'm a dasher and very polite. She said she's tired of doordash both times I went in there purposely so I'd here. Then was complaining to another customer about the drive threw being too busy. She needs to either get a different job or be fired! I didn't deserve that. I was just there picking up an order and making money to feed my family just like anyone else. I never even said a word to her!
Good place to eat food is always good
