I ordered an Arby's roast beef and a chicken sandwich fries and cheese sticks the person taking the order forgot to put the marinara sauce for my cheese sticks which is a no-brainer that's always comes with it it aggravates me because I went to the drive-through and when I got home it wasn't in there so catch up doesn't do it for me or Arby's sauce doesn't either when they ask for sauce and you ask for Arby's sauce it doesn't mean you want it for your cheese sticks so next time you serve somebody add the marinara sauce always and the fries were cold. that's why you're only getting one star other than that if you don't get in the car accident trying to get out and in your lucky it's very hard to get out and to get into the place traffic is very busy
Came to Arby's with the Family and received excellent service. The manager Michael helped us save money and even gave us extra coupons to use!! Food came out super fast and everything tasted great!! Definitely will be coming back to THIS location
Went inside and ordered one of the burgers on the menu - it did take a while bc they were making a new batch of fries, but burger was tasty! I didn’t expect the burger to be that large (and juicy!) either which made it even better! (lol) fries were hot AND fresh which made the meal hell of a lot better!
Honestly, you should keep at it! Will come back again!

All they could do is give mean looks and laugh with each other. Got my food to go. Spent 60 dollars and got home. No bottom bun on one. Missed me on my three large Abby's sandwich. The put a pound of cheese on the two where it ran out in my seat in car
App was not working as usual but your shift Mgr Anthony was awesome. He was apologetic and helped me to save money on my order since I could not use the app. He is an asset to your organization and should be recognized for excellence in guest service.
The drive-thru order takers are very rude. They don't say hello, or can I take your order and when he handed me my order, he only said "here you go" with my bag of food hanging out the window. I experience this a lot at the Streamwood location. Customer Service is a ZERO. I came back to the window and asked for a refund for my food and the manager was a lot nicer
Ordered the Pecan chicken salad sandwich. Gross!! ????
What a horrible sandwich!! The entire sandwich was straight up a giant blob of mayo with apples on a big piece of lettuce! Where are the chicken pieces???
Horrible Horrible! Would not recommend this sandwich to anyone.
We tried the new Wagyu burger and it was a disappointment. It was dry, tepid and poorly seasoned. The patty was too small for the bun, and the whole thing was drowning in sauce. Plus, it cost way more than it should have.
Arby's should leave burger-making to those who know how to make a decent burger.
