Did not give me option of well done or medium, large fry was amount is medium. Charged me $4 for extra patty without explaining price and did not give receipt. Deluxe burger isn’t what is advertised. Do not buy Deluxe meal, Do not ask for additional meat. Drive thru is 10-15 min wait. Burger also had gamey fish taste. Warning!
Drive thru was pretty typical, no complaints there. Food tasted pretty good and was reasonably priced. Overall a decent fast food experience.
If they are going to charge for sauces there should be a way to account for them in a mobile order for us to request them and pay for them then. Requiring a second transaction at the window for something we can't accommodate ourselves? It's unnecessary and cheap at its finest.
Ordered 6 roast beef’s with cheese - and sauce. Realized there was no sauce in the bag & turned around to get it & then we went to eat out sandwiches & no cheese. I called & offered no help. Did not care. Won’t be going back here.
Food was ready as the app said it would be. It was hot and fresh. The restaurant was a bit on the dirty side. No friendly smiles from employees. Overall, a good food experience.
Went to the one on the Loyd by Walmart, they don’t know how to take an order or even fix an order right! I asked for a double Pattie burger with nothing but tomato, now how hard is that, I’ve been sick and finally got hungry, I’ll never go there again, but my 2 dogs were sure happy, dog food, that’s what y’all make, you want a good Arby’s sandwich then you better go to the one on Greenriver Road.
Never get tired of the staff team here! The manager is awesome here. I always get the meat mountain at this location they make it perfect everytime totally worth a $10 sandwich a few times a week!! I'd recommend ordering at this Arby's to try this sandwich. (Picture of sandwich shown below bigger in person as well.)
Hello, Ordered 2turkey sandwiches with *no sauce for both sandwiches (16.78) -*both came with sauce. Ordered *no veggies on one sandwich-*still came with lettuce. Curly fries were *2/3s full-none in bottom of bag either. *To go bags have *no heating elements around them and are *always cold. *Turnovers are put in bags *with hot items which will *melt the icing. For an 8.39 turkey sandwich *perhaps bring back Arby’s chips to be included. Total order over 23.00 for 2sandwiches and 2 turnoversThank-you
